Clear lack of information provided here, the said Uncle had issued an Affadavit saying he never met Dr Afia(issued around 2009/10). The divorce date of Dr Afia's first marriage is around January 2003 not possible for a "Radical Muslim lady"(according to the information provided by you) to marry during her Iddat period(2nd marriage in Feburary 2003 acc to you).
Several prisoners of US Authorities incl Binyamin Mohammad have said she'd been a prisoner of the US, Some have even mentioned a number allocted to her Number "650". Also I find it strange how Dr Afia and Her husband who had both bought "Guns and Munition" were intially suspected but then later on the Suspicision turned only to Dr Afia.
I would also like to Point that no Fingerprints of Dr Afia were ever found on the said Gun she attacked the US soldiers with.

I have personally felt so sad about Dr. Aafia Siddiqui's tragedy, and I pray that she is released. I do not believe in any of the accusations against her. But even if all the accusations against her are correct, I don't think she did anything wrong. Every Muslim who believes in Muslim brotherhood was saddened and angered by US attack on Afghanistan. She rightly accused the court and the lawyers who were given to her to be biased. She had every right to believe so. The way her case was heard by the American court was full of flaws. Many raised questions about legal norms being violated by the court. The videos and accounts of Aafia Siddiqui been seen in public after 2003 could have been deliberate attempts by American intelligence community to create confusion. Even if Aafia Siddiqui is never released and dies in prison, my heart will always be with her and her family.

1. Thrice in the video, you said that I called Dr. Aafia a terr0rist. Your own rebuttal is more based on lies. Find me 1 instance in my video where I have called her a terrorist. In fact I’ve called out the Americans for k!lling half a million people in Iraq and human rights abuses (illegal extradition of 4000 Pakistanis to America under Musharraf).
2. You mentioned that i am oblivious to the charges against Aafia. I condemned the fact that Aafia was taken to America and said it twice in my video that a case could only be pursued either in the country where the alleged crime was committed or her home country (which is the same conclusion you have reached).
3. I didn’t say she was making b0mbs. AlJazeera reported that whilst interviewing the Governor of Ghazni. Another false accusation on me (which you’re pretty accustomed to).
4. I myself mentioned Yuvon Ridley’s statement that Aafia was in Bagram and I didn’t say that all the evidence suggests that she was on the lose. This particular nuance in the case is so murky that you can find evidence to support any of the assertions (her being in Bagram or Pakistan). If her husband lied, why did we never hear him on the media and you also avoided replying to the absence of her son who accompanied her to Afghanistan and could be visibly seen in the video in Ghazni reported by AlJazeera.
5. Nowhere in the video I mentioned that she was a scientist who could make b0mbs. My video starts with the fact that she was a neuroscientist. Guess you skipped that part.
6. Please present evidence of Al-Baluchi’s family’s denial that the marriage took place.
7. I did not even mention that Khalid Sheikh gave Aafia’s name up so how could I mention that he was waterboarded? I completely ignored that fact because I know of the t0rture that took place in jail. You replied to something I didn’t even say.
8. The only thing you found which was worthy of a retort is the affidavit of Aafia’s uncle. The entire premise of your video is that Declan Walsh peddled the narrative of FBI and his entire report is wrong and a blatant lie. Well here’s my answer, the day Declan Walsh will be sued and the day he fails to present the interview recordings of Aafia’s uncle and the day he will lose the case will be the day I’d take down my video and apologise. You yourself said that the evidence Aafia wasn’t involved in making expl0sives was that she wasn’t convicted of that crime (which I agree with). By using the same principle you set, just because Walsh was never sued for his report by anyone (or his other works like 9 Lives of Pakistan which you didn’t even mention), I can quote him and it stands a fact. This principle is used globally that a report which is never challenged by any party could stand as a fact. Hence, I disagree there. Walsh wasn’t even challenged by Aafia’s family. So what Qaisar Raja says about him is irrelevant.
9. Lastly, you got personal and hit below the belt by calling me a propagandist for Western Powers. Could you prove it? You keep saying that I get personal but here, everyone could see who got personal. That happens when frustration becomes evident. It’s not difficult to see who is a propagandist for the parties who were in power (MMA) when Aafia was taken away by the Americans. Keep using it for political mileage only (how cunningly you skipped the data is quoted for honour killings and your silence on it). All of you aren’t doing this for a cause of a woman’s sanctity. There is a straight explanation. Due to all the traumas she went through, she had a mental breakdown. This is why she acted erratically at times. I think the system mistreated her and denied her justice because according to justice system you can't prosecute a person who is not mentally fit, much less punish that person. Even today she is being treated in a psychiatric ward. Pakistani army and Pakistani agencies don't want her back because they are the ones who illegally abducted her and are responsible for her mental breakdown because of abduction and torture.

I am an Indian and I have read "The Nine Lives of Pakistan" which throws light on Pakistan's history of the late 2000s starting from the Musharraf era and ends before Imran's "selection".
The book was to be titled "Inshallah Country" based on how everyone in Pakistan uses that phrase, but it was changed later. It has some of the greatest stories from recent times such as:

Muzammil Sahib all what you have quoted is correct. However, there is another bitter fact, that about Al Qaeda and nine eleven many Americans have claimed that it was the conspiracy of America itself. On the other hand this is also very hard to believe that country like US that was only super power at the time of attack was so ignorant that all those attacked happened and there was no security plan in place. So if Afia has got associated with Al Qaeda then there is big question mark of authenticity. Another issue is the way Afia has been treated she looks like female Osama.
There is another theory also that as she was a neuro scientist she had discovered some very crucial information which she did not hand over to US authorities and what all she has suffered is the result of all that. As you have mentioned that the issue started with their purchase of dangerous goods then also it's hard to believe that after being noticed by the agencies she was able to do all what she has been blamed for.
So in essence it's fishy and the things are not that straight forward as they have been explained by the media and journalists.

Well presented. Do not mean to digress too much from the topic but how many people from various European countries have picked up arms to fight shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine against the Russians?
