Do we have to provide pilots & crews to charter company? I think as fixed cost we have to pay for Insurance , Hanger fee, Management & Subscriptions. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Definitely a play. Anything is possible with $$$ The challenge is going to be to make sure you work with a broker to help you find the right platform (airplane) AND the right operator (business partner)
The charter world is RIDDLED with its own challenges. I agree with you 100% in terms of only sharing PART of the story. I try to point out that investing in a jet is NOT recommended as a "go-to" solution for creating generational wealth. Appreciate you sharing your comments :-)

No. Charter operator will provide all that. You're right in terms of what fixed costs usually include.
Here's is a topic: what if you're a pilot looking to purchase a midsize jet to charter it by yourself and maybe hire other pilots to fly it

Hi, what if we getting 1986 Lear 55, mint with low hrs, is this still less desirable than Hawke 2005?
Depends on the operator and how they position it to their market
