I went there as I live close by, and it was crazy smoke everywhere, and the rural fire service trucks were everywhere! There was also an RFS helicopter and NSWPF helicopter, which was really cool. Also, I don't know if you saw it, but Fleet 1B was on scene
Fire fighting vehicles (known as red fleet) that are attached to a brigade are exempt from having a numberplate, as long as the brigade name is clearly marked front and rear. The Subaru would have had a numberplate, but you probably noticed none of the other vehicles had a numberplate.

0:00 Subaru Outback? They should get more Japanese emergency service vehicles more in the country and in the city.
