The other City trucks such as 001 and 004 were on another 2nd alarm fire. FRNSW had to find some other trucks to go to a 2nd alarm fire on the roof of a building in Darlinghurst, Ladder Platform 004 (Darlinghurst) just down the road arrived first calling a 2nd Alarm Structure Fire and were by themselves for a while before additional pumpers arrived, the first arriving being P53 from Neutral Bay...

Number Plate is (by law) able to be filmed unless it is on an Unmarked car

If you’re looking into the car and filming the insides, that’s a different story but as long as it’s either on a public property, or viewable from a publicly accessible area you can film it (and the plate)

But, but, the siren is being used just as much as the wail and yelp are being used separately and properly.......not like the ambulance drivers.
You know there's actually no written procedures regarding siren use, as in when to use wail or yelp. With QAS vehicles they cycle through wail/yelp/combo on the horn pad. The rumbler is activated by a long press of the horn.
