This was a wonderfully done segment. Prayers that this is Aiden. I had heard of him near the time of his disappearance and am so glad to hear there is a glimmer of hope that Aiden is alive.

I’m so sorry to hear about this young man but medication is not the answer for depression look what happened 2 weeks after the medication and this is happening more and more. The solution is God Almighty for depression or anything in life. Praying for this young man to My Lord Jesus Christ. This is so very sad but God knows where he’s at and praying to the Almighty 🙏❤️🙏

Blessed Be to Miracles..... just praying for a break through and for Aidan and his family to find him and help him. Mental illness is no different than a physical imbalance and yet still there is a stigma. Peace to the World.

We put my son on Meds and it terrified him. The medicine swelled his brain and he NEVER wanted the meds ever again no matter WHAT he was going thru. We mentioned the meds again and he took off to the military and we haven't heard from him for 7 years. To him.. we were trying to kill him. He hates us and will never speak to ANY of us again. I hope Aiden's mom considers our life story ..
I'll never stop crying because I miss my son. Maybe we were not considering how he felt about it being called mental health issues and trying so hard to medicate him.

What a shame. I think our law enforcement absolutely MUST be educated about mental health and they need to care enough to HELP parents especially when they are, usually, begging for help! This is how some of the people that, unlike this young man, thankfully, are so lost that they get a gun and hurt other people, not to mention the person that is hurting. My heart hurts for this mom. I know similar struggles trying to get care for a child. It is nearly, if not always, impossible. I admire the strength, composure, and awareness of this mother. We must get our law enforcement and first responders the training they need. We all deserve to have people CARE. Prayers 🙏

    • @nuckinfuts7610

You can apply the question "why?" to the literally hundreds of thousands of other missing person cases that have gone unheard, and the majority of them will stay unheard of. At least we're hearing about this one. There's also been coverage on Aidan's disappearance from other outlets thruout the past year, you can easily find it on YT. You might be just hearing about this now, but it's not new to everyone.

Sorry to hear about what Aiden was/ is going through. It’s so unconscionable that our society doesn’t have better resources for timely interventions in these kinds of cases. Nobody in their right mind would choose to cut themselves off from their family legally at a time when they’re struggling to navigate reality. This is a huge problem in our culture- no meaningful help or options for people in this position. A friend of mine went through this with her bf, who developed psychosis and definitely needed an intervention, but she was told that nothing could be done for weeks and weeks. At that point, her bf’s life had fallen apart because his activities and the things he was saying had alienated him from everyone, and he ended up threatening even her by the time she and his family could get him any psychiatric care. People should not have to lose their entire lives when they already have a caring friend or relative who has observed that something is wrong and is actively trying to help them. We need better services and free access to those resources in this society. I hope Aiden will find his way home to his mother at some point, so he can continue his life as a creative, intelligent young person.

We need to modify privacy laws for situations like these. (Funny, we have "no privacy" on the one hand, yet so many people vanish w/out a trace & "looking too hard" invades privacy.)

He went through some very scary episodes, he also felt like he just had to get away . I watch alot of true crime and miising people so i wouldnt let him out of my sight, anyway thankfully it only lasted 2 weeks, mde him quit smoking that trash and he started to recover.
I hope Aiden is found quickly ❤❤

This upsets me that the drs didn’t listen to the mom. Medication can make some people act differently and drs need to listen to family when they have a concern and check up on their patients when family calls with concerns. 🙏🏻 for Aidens safe return home to his mom.

I truly feel terrible for this momma....However why is it when it is a sweet looking Mom using their missing one in past tense no one says anything?! BUT when it's a rugged looking Dad (or mom) and they use past tense it blows up that "see they killed them...they're talking about them in past tense!!!" Can we all start trying to wait and let all the evidence come out and if there's a trial see what happens. In this country USA you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty...but the media automatically puts a guilty sentence on the ones they choose. Just food for thought. Love and prayers to everyone. ❤

It very well could be him in salt lake. If he has schizophrenia he could think he’s in trouble for the ordeal with grandpa kidnapping him then kicking him out of the truck on the highway 😢maybe he thinks the law is after him etc and can’t come back home or call home?

Mormonism can and does breed scary behaviors. Then again, so does other forms of Christianity and every other religion/fundamentalism. Not all of course, but that should go without saying.

    • @Monica-hv4rf

If you didn't know, Utah is made up of mostly Mormons and other (what I would call) cults.

    • @Monica-hv4rf
      @Monica-hv4rf Год назад +3

My little step brother drove cross country, stopped there, joined a cult and hasn't been back since. I also have family there, but they don't visit often and last I went to visit them was years ago. I always thought Utah and the people that resided there that I met were very weird, just off.
