The reason for this is because I know so many of our family have mothers they love so much anyway, and then there’s those like me, without a mother. I really appreciate when people call me “mom” on these platforms, because being a mother is one of the most precious jobs on the planet. Hi Karuna, I’ve been watching you since I was 9/10 and am turning 19 this year, I recently gave birth prematurely to a baby I wasn’t aware I was pregnant with. Due to my situation, financially, mentally and my housing, he had to be adopted. I feel so guilty and sad sometimes, and I miss him so much, but watching you has helped me immensely these past couple months. I watched your videos to fall asleep while I was still in the hospital, and you’ve been the only person to help me fall asleep since. Thankyou for that, and Thankyou for making me feel okay with myself even if it’s through a screen and you probably won’t see this lol. Sorry to be parasocial and kinda weird, I’m just very grateful for you. You are the mom I have always needed and the mom I hope to be when I’m ready one day.
You are loved, precious and strong, never forget that!
I know (or at least can imagine) just how hard all this must have been for you, and you still pushed through. Please don't feel guilty, you did your best to give your baby a better life, despite being scared and missing him/her.
Also, even just from the way you write, it shows that you are not only very articulate but also kind. I'm sure you'll make a great mom one day.

On a serious note there’s something very comforting about having a mother figure in your life who is actually not your birth mother.
I think it’s because u know they 100% chose to care for you, and had no obligations to care for u like a birth parent would :) a lot of parents parade loving their children just bc they’re blood related
I don’t care what anyone says, this woman is my mum, my sister, my aunt, my doctor, my best friend, my teacher and so many more.

I haven't seen my mother since she signed me into a psychiatric hospital in November 2020. That Christmas, a friend committed suicide. I just turned 18. Ever since his death I've been desperate for a mother figure to talk to. I'm guessing that's what made you make mother roleplay videos. To help people like me who need a mother figure for a bit. Thank you.

You are such a strong person. I know that doesn’t really count considering the damage(trauma) has already been done. But I want to tell you, despite people saying it’s not good that “pain makes us stronger”, unfortunately but a silver lining is what you’ve learned in regards to survival is what’s going to keep you going. And in that I can promise you that in time you will find someone who can provide that maternal instinct for you the way you deserve, whether that be through a partner, a friend, another family member. I find through life that “blood” doesn’t make family, but it goes beyond that when we find someone we trust and I promise you will. You are courageous for staying alive during the moments you felt you shouldn’t be and I am proud of you. I know this comment is all over the place but I want you to know you’re so strong.

Your children are so lucky to have you. You speak the way I wish either one of my parents could have spoken to me at any point when they were in my life. Thank you for showing even hurt children who are all grown up that there are loving caring parents out there.
You’re wonderful the way you are and I wish your parents knew what they gave up when they didn’t give you the love you deserve. That’s what they’ll suffer with despite you not thinking they care(d), I learned that despite my mother abusing me all her life - when she died, and I gained access to her electronics.. they were filled with photos of me and my children. I knew she wanted a relationship, but never spoke to me as she abused me as long as she did. Point being - they will suffer someday/somewhere with the fact they gave up a loving child and I hope that hurts for them.

I needed this more than words. I cried on and off through the entire video. My mother and I have an extremely broken relationship because of me being an addict so just being able to be loved and embraced through my screen meant and did more for me than I could even begin to explain. Thank you.

Your maternal roleplays in particular have helped me through some of my hardest moments - because I'm an age regressor. this is part of my attempt to not be scared of mothers anymore as silly as that seems. I've closed myself off from even acknowledging mothers exist, not thinking about having one because trusting mine ruined my life and completely controlled my mind my whole life. My mom has some issues with herself... she's not healed and thus she stopped doing little things like making me sleep, hugging me,singing a lullaby,making me feel that I am loved,etc. sometimes i crave the warmth n love of mother... thankyou for uploading this....❤

When i was first diagnosed with anxiety as a teenager, Karuna's anxious videos were the first anxiety ASMR videos i ever watched. I'm 25 now. I saw Karuna go through a lot of ups-and-downs. I went through my own ups-and-downs.
After Karuna initially announced her OnlyFans, i drifted away from Momma Satori. I understood it was her choice, i did not participate in her OnlyFans. I felt off about the idea of my internet mom putting herself out there like that. But i was still in my late teens then, and now ive grown.
And ive come back to see my internet mom. I missed you Karuna, and i love you and everything you do
I know this is probably tmi, but I was abandoned by my birth mother and adopted by my grandma (but called her mom my whole life) and she would say horrible stuff to me sometimes...like "wish I never had you" and "I'll take you to the middle of nowhere and leave you there" and "I'm not your mother, shut the f up" and "I'll send you away to military school and you'll never come back." All usually said because I had the audacity to be a kid, act like a kid, etc. So I matured way too fast and have a very large mother wound. Got into a verbal fight with my MIL whom I love dearly and think of her as my mom and one of my best friends and she threatened to basically run away and abandon everyone and I had a severe panic attack, including su1c1d@l thinking and hating myself. ive been going through a really tough time with my mental health recently, been severely depressed and ready to give up honestly. my dad has been pushing me to get a job again so ive spent the past week at least basically only talking abt that with him and working on getting myself into therapy as well. my mom and i have never had a good/close relationship and my dads being cold because he wants me to focus on finding work. ive really just been needing a hug and some comfort so i want to thank you for making these videos. youre like the parent i never had haha

I feel so broken and torn inside.. I don’t have any friends and I just feel lonely I turn 24 this year and I am just so scared and I compare myself always to others and this is so hurtful, my only safespace is the asmr community, everything else scares me ..
can you do an asmr video where we're overstimulated/have sensory overload and say no to being touched so you sit nearby and comfort us? and maybe have some relaxing stuff like putting headphones on us (fishbowl effect), "closing" our eyes by putting something over the camera, some parts with no talking and just sounds, etc?
