When she said “thank you body for protecting me” it’s so powerful to hear that because your whole life you’re made to think you’re body is so much more than a shield for your heart and internal organs. It’s a reputation to build for other people, it’s judged and it’s ruled by size. It’s almost as if you waste so much time criticizing your body and even more time to realize your body is a safe haven and it’s completely a beautiful and fascinating creature of its own.

And also how when your ill or sick, your body gives you signs for you to know that you aren't feeling well, and as someone with a stomach flu, it let me know by messing with my vision and sleep,a body isn't just one thing to hold organs, but to keep you safe♡ such an amazing explanation you gave

Daniele, Reduce negative thoughts to feel better. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. No deep inhalation-exhalation or breath counting needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Be as still as possible as it reduces negative thoughts. Make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

This was actually perfect Karuna, thank you so incredibly much. I was on the verge of a panic attack because I felt like I had so many things I had to get done at that very moment and this genuinely calmed me down. I cannot thank you enough for this, it actually made me cry but after I felt so much better ❤️ I’ve been having panic attacks for days and even after I got a normal EKG at the dr my brain was STILL trying to convince me that it MUST have missed something and I’m really having a heart attack. Before I found this video last night I was debating on going to the ER.
You addressed all the worries that go through your mind when a panic attack strikes and sometimes you just need constant reassurance that you’re ok, even though it seems so silly to ppl who don’t experience it. Checking the heart rate a million times, then panicking even more because you can’t even complete the breathing exercises that are supposed to help...
You even validated that although it’s a panic attack the physical symptoms are still very much real and not imagined. That’s so important, my husband tries to help me as best as he can but he doesn’t experience it so he’ll usually tell me “it’s all in your head” which of course makes me worry more because I know my physical symptoms are in fact very real, so maybe this one time he’s wrong and it really is a medical emergency? I’m going to show him this video to help him understand a bit more of what it’s actually like.
Thank thank, thank you, thank you a million times, from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️ I hope you have the best day ever because you certainly made mine a lot better

I found this after having the most weird existential crisis about things like aliens, mainly the concept got me into a near anxiety attack was from some of the concepts from the new game high on life, and also how there are far too many things happening regarding space and stuff regarding my future, all that, it freaking makes me want to curl up on the floor and wallow in fear and pity. However, this made me feel a lot better, thank you so much.

This video was so sweet that it actually made me cry. I have really terrible anxiety. I have a really bad and sometimes alright obstacle, high school. With me being on the spectrum, it’s hard for me to keep friends with my ADHD and my Asperger’s. When I’m around friends, I get to silly and sometimes say things that get to out of control witch makes people feel very uncomfortable. For that reason, I start to loose friends. And because of that, I go through a really dark and anxious time, worrying I’ll never make friends or if they will be rude to me. I always go and see a psychologist to help my anxiety. And you are just as good as she is. Hearing your quotes saying that “you are safe here” and “if you need me, I will always be here” makes me feel like I am comfortable. Thank you so much for helping me and understanding me!!

At this moment I feel helpless and I feel like I will die and lose everything. Sometimes at the moment I wish I would be dead but when she tells me she has the same feelings before. I’ve got COVID for the second time in 18 months. The first time I got long covid. I’m trying to not go into meltdown/panic mode. I needed this

40000 IUs of vitamin D. So many people are deficient and don't know it and it helps with long covid. Best of luck and feel better 🤞

I love this video so much! The distractions were so helpful. Do you think you could do a video like this with just the distractions (how many fingers am I holding up, what color is this, breathing exercises, etc). For me this is so calming but everytime the topic of anxiety gets brought up it makes me panic and reminds me of the bad feelings. A video with just the fidgets, distractions, breathing exercises, and positive mantras would be my absolute GO TO for panic attacks and I would watch it all the time ❤ I hope you consider it because I love your videos so much. You're the most calming person on the internet. Thank you for how much you help us ❤

Gonna be honest, I watched this after I accidentally got waaaaaayyyy too high last night and was on my own. Thank you so much! It really helped me focus and not freak out!
