    Hi, Following the diet plan very strict manner. Daily 6k steps, morning fruits for breakfast and intermittent fasting for 14 hours. In last week reduced 1KG (80.10 to 79.10). Aim is to reduced 10KG. Thank you sis!

    Hi Nila, I am jayalakshmi, good morning ya weight loss is going good. I practised to take dinner at 6 to 7 o clock.. Try to doing exercise daily, but some days I missed due to work.. Starting two days severe head ache irunthuchu. But settle aagirucha.. Weight loss journey start pannum pothu yenoda weight 80.5kg. One week I reduced to 79.2.. But this is water weight it will reduced soon.. Further ah kammi aagumanu theriyala.. Still I am doing my best. Last few years I am watching your video...
