Which area is the most family friendly with the best schools? Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Seminole, St. Petersburg? Are Largo and Seminole the same area (I noticed some of the zip codes say both). Just doing some research. Thanks!
Hi Jennifer, great question! As a licensed real estate agent, I can't tell you which city or schools are "The Best." I can however share that Dunedin & St. Pete are two of my favorite places to take my family to hang out for the day. Dunedin has some outstanding parks, and a quaint downtown with plenty of things to keep you and the family, feed, entertained, and active for the day. I have a volg tour on the channel that you can check out too. St. Pete is definitely busier, but is also a great place to spend with fam or an S.O. on date night. A great site to look up the schools is www.greatschools.org/florida/dunedin/. It's a great resource! I hope that helps!

Hey Margaret 6 minutes to 15 minutes. The West side of Seminole in on the intercostal waterway, and the East side is in the middle of the county, but still close to the beaches.
I lived in that area from 2011 to 2015. Very nice area. Extremely bicycle friendly too with the Pinellas Trail right there.

One time at Seminole lake park I was doing a pull-up and fell my chin broke the ground and it’s still there

Most of Seminole did fine. The coastal areas definitely had some flooding, though.
