the amount of people who had to step up on this one, and the amount of things that were juuuuuust right/wrong around it, sent this story from 0 to 60 in mere moments, and I was LEAST worried for the people on the plane!
i'm a dangerous goods shipper and it get's more difficult to get your goods air freighted. Every cargo shipment must be screened before it get's on a plane. Screening is checked for explosives. You can do this with sniffing dogs, which is quick and cheap or X-rayed which is more expensive. However, some dangerous goods are sealed in steel drums. Sealed mean that dogs can't snif and steel drums mean no Xray can penetrate. Then you have the option to simulate the conditions on an airplane: a low pressure chamber and if the cargo is save in the chamber it should be save in a airplane. Yep, this is happening to make sure airplanes do not explode. Feel save in your air travel!
Since contact lenses are a medical item you can take as much fluid as you need for them, the fluid limit has never applied to medical items, baby formula or breast milk.

It’s probably been mentioned on other platforms, but Cebu is pronounced ‘seh-BOO’, not ‘SEE-boo’.
I think it's more appropriate to spell the pronunciation out as "seb-BOO" instead of "seh-BOO" to emphasize that the "e" sound is cut short instantly

If I remember correctly, nowadays for carryon bags, it has to be sealed and brand new.
