Thank you for the comment. I’m making videos to try and help people If I can. I am also trying to cut out the fluff and get into things as fast as o can.
Great video! I got 20mm in the back and tried 15mm in the front but I think I am going to do 20mm in the front as well. Just gives it a bit more aggressive stance. The 15mm is almost perfect, just a tiny bit more. I did use anti seize grease but no need for loctide. I tried whiteline endlinks as well but they have been an absolute pain; keeps getting loose even when using loctide so i am going to go back to stock endlinks which are perfectly fine. The endlinks made the ride a bit too harsh for my tolerance to be honest. Great looking stinger!
Thanks, I think you will enjoy the way it looks with the spacers. I have since taken them off once I got a set of rims for the car. I just had a custom offset made so they sit flush.
Thank you very much, I found when I put them on the car looked so much better. I think you will like the stance. Thank you for watching, I appreciate it.
I have the same NGT spacers , use them in the winter on my stock rims gotta take them off for the summer rims as they rub with the ARK lowering springs and 285/30/19 tires. Love the content keep them coming. Audio sounds good in the vid. Car looks 1000% better with wheel spacers.
Thank you for the comment. I’m glad the audio is coming across better. I appreciate the feedback. I don’t drive my stinger in the winter and I’m sure when I get rims that the offset will not require spacers either. It does make those stock rims look so much better though.
Nice. 20MM spacers. I have the same ones nice fitment. I didn't use locktie. I did retorque mine after 1000 miles. Looks 👍 of course if we both get rims we won't need spacers
Great no nonsense Vid/tutorial. Bit of a novice question… I have purchased Eibach lowering springs for my new 23 plate RWD 3.3L stinger. Where I live they have speed humps on most residential streets, will having the spacer and spring combo cause problems. Car is running stock 19s for the stringer tribute 255/35/19. I hope the Eibach springs alone without spacers don’t give me any issue, they were the one that had the least drop (0.8 in) vs other brands such as ARK
First off thank you for the comment. I ran spacers and springs up in Canada with no issues. The car almost rides like stock with the springs. It’s in no way a rough ride. All spacers do is push the tires outwards 2cm. So it’s not a big deal at all.
I recognized the 243 Loctite and Kopr-Kote. When I saw your blue coveralls, it all made sense.😬 I work for a company that wears blue coveralls also. 😉 Great video.
Is there a gap between lug nuts and the rim contact surface.? Does the lug nuts sit above the spacer, creating any gap.? Or they fit perfect. Thanks for your response.😊
I’m not sure what you mean. The lug nuts are slightly reassess into the spacer. The rim then sits flush against the spacer and you attach the wheel lug nuts to the wheel studs on the spacer. Hope that helps. There is no modifications needed to make them fit.
@@OVRBoosted it looks like the original lugs stuck out above the spacer, creating a gap, which means the rims point of contact are just the five lug heads exposed. For a safer fit one would have to grind down the original lug. This is what I was thinking all this time with spacer for stinger, am I wrong. Sorry for my english. Thanks for your quick response.😊
@@sidyal1353 definitely no grinding or modifications needed from the NGT spacers. I made sure of that before I bought them. Just instal them and make sure you torque everything down and re torque it all again after 100 km.
Love the content. Do you find the front stick out a little? Reading forums i see a lot of people going with 15mm in front and 20mm in rear to make them both flush. Im your video it seems pretty flush.
Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it. Yes, the fronts poke a touch, however I have the stingerhaus winglets so it wasn’t noticeable. I think 15mm would be good on the front. The 20mm on the rear were almost perfect.
Great video. I love your attention to detail and safety. I wanted to ask you, now that you have had the spacers for a while have you had any issues? - E
Thank you for the kind words. I have had zero issues with the spacers so far. They are great, however remember that it does change the offset. That puts the tires out a bit further. So more rocks and such will possibly scuff up the paint. I haven’t seen this on my car yet, but I don’t drive it in winter or down gravel roads.
@@OVRBoosted Thank you for the quick reply. I ordered them earlier this week. Going to install this weekend and follow your instruction. I am going to add the rally style mud flaps to help with the gravel and dirt. rokblokz.com/products/kia-stinger-fastback-2017?variant=14858807181355
I ordered some front brake pads from K8 stinger store yesterday. I’m going to try those. I’ll definitely do a video on the results so I can help others out there. Thanks for your comment.
I have a question man, im from Edmonton Alberta. I have a 2018 Gt2. With the Eibach springs... Any issues with alignment? Any issues with the active suspension? How is it living with them on the winter? Thanks a lot
I haven’t had any issues at all, I run a way wider tire set up and a 20” wheel now and the alignment is still on point. As for winter, I don’t drive my car in these Canadian winters. However I had a friend with a lowered stinger and he drove his all year with no issues to report.
It definitely makes the car look better. Next on the list is figuring out the brake vibration. Is it pads or rotors… I’m going to do a video on that in the next week once I get my parts.
@@OVRBoostedGreat videos. I have a 2018 GT-2 AWD. My car shakes badly upon braking. I was just quoted $2900 for a brake job. I need pads and rotors. They said the reason it's so expensive is because of the Brembo calibers. Front pads $764; $455 for rears. Rotors $233 fronts; Rotors $222 rears; Then comes the labor... Does that sound about right to you. Looking forward to your video...Thanks
Well I’m not telling you to put them on. Definitely do your research, but I had them on and had no issues. I also went with a good set and not a cheap set. I don’t find spacers any different than any other modifications such as a wider set of rims or performance mods. If you are changing something from stock design it’s probably going to cause a little more stress then normal in my opinion.
I used springs and the car isn’t bouncy. The shocks have adjustable dampeners via sport mode, comfort etc… the springs will stiffen the suspension a touch, but nothing very noticeable.
It is not recommended. The reason being it’s just pushing the wheels straight out. So it’s not messing with the toe. I also had to check into that. An alignment would be necessary if you lowered your car.
Let me know what you think of the before and after. I want to hear from you!
Car looks great! Easy straight forward video with good audio. Good idea adding the Kopr-kote. I'll be doing the same. Thanks man👍

The spacer look is really nice. Only problem is that you'll get more rocks and crap hitting the edge of the fender. That's why wheels are inset.
That is very true, it is a trade off for sure.
I got oem mudguards on im hoping it'll combat it 25mm
It looks so good!
Catalina is the best helper!!
Any issues with suspension after having spacers on? Thinking to install them on my G70
I didn’t have any issues with the spacers affecting the suspension.
Great video. I hear that the rotors is actually what causes the shakes. Some nice slotted and drilled rotors would look great!
I ordered some front brake pads from K8 stinger store yesterday. I’m going to try those. I’ll definitely do a video on the results so I can help others out there. Thanks for your comment.
No it's not the rotors. The pads overheat and transfer material onto the rotor causing shaking.
@@SlipAngleG70 so far I installed just front pads. 300 miles on them and no brake shake as of yet. Cheap and quick fix
Great video! Safety comes first. Are your tires in the front 225? Thanks for your feedback ❤
Yes, the stock front tire size is 225. I have 245 on there now with after market wheels.
Thanks for your feedback. Cheers❤

Do the spacers impact / improve handling at all with a wider base?
You might get a little bit better handling, but it’s not really noticeable.
Good to know - it looks awesome so cosmetically I’d like to get them, but added function never hurts.
I also really like your shift paddles - mind sharing?

I didn’t have any issues with a quality spacer. Just want to make sure everything is torqued correctly.
@@OVRBoostedThanks for replying so quickly man. Are the hubcentric spacers typically safer?
are spacers safe to use, i’ve heard they cause more stress on the suspension parts

Did u use Lowering springs or coilovers to lower ur stinger? If lowering springs did u feel the car more bouncy ?

That is correct, 20mm per wheel and 40mm per axle.
