Insufferably inconsistent. Drake’s fortune is clunky and old, and time has not been kind to it. Uncharted 2 is the best because it is the perfect balance and it is honestly a great game. Uncharted 3 has probably the best set pieces of the series but there is way too much action and it gets really repetitive. Uncharted 4 has the best story but it goes for way too long. All the games have a really predictable formula and a boring story exept for U4 and there are just better franchises in my opinion. They are all good games and Uncharted 2 is one of my favorite games of all time but I think I made my point already.
In general, I agree with the list, but there were quite a few errors in the lore that was described.
1. Nadine didn't join Nate's side. She just realized that the treasure wasn't worth dying over and left Rafe AND Nate in Avery's burning ship.
2. Eddy "RAJA," not "Raha." He's Indonesian, so the J makes the sound you'd expect it to.
3. Eye of Indra was not a later game. It was a prequel motion comic.
4. Francis Drake's coffin is what Nate opened at the beginning of the game. Roman got infected when he opened the El Dorado sarcophagus.
5. Draza didn't die because he underestimated Nate. Draza got shot by Chloe as he was strangling Nate, and probably would have finished the job otherwise.
6. Navarro didn't kidnap Sully. Roman shot Sully, and then when they found out that Sully survived, Sully convinced them that he could help them find the treasure and went to the island with them.
7. Nate doesn't shoot Navarro at any point. Nate pushes the helicopter that carried El Dorado to Navarro's cargo ship into the ocean. Navarro's leg gets tangled in the rope that's attached to it, and he gets pulled underwater and drowns.
8. Nate didn't have worldwide fame, because none of his adventures were ever known to the public. You can't exactly reveal to the world that you've found a cursed sarcophagus or the Tree of Life.
9. Marlowe never tortured Elena. In fact, she told Nate that Elena is of no interest to her, unless pressure needs to be applied. We're not sure if Sully was tortured or not, but it's never implied at all.
You are almost right, but 8 could be wrong. In one line at the fight with rafe in u4's end, he says "Nathan Drake is a legend. You know, I shot the man who told me that", implying that Nate is somewhat popular, which could be the reason he never gets a normal job, who wants a famous/ deadly treasure hunter to work with them, and at the end of the 4th game the guy is practically known world-wide, with magazines implying so

You forgot Roberto Guerro who is the main villain of Uncharted: The Golden Abyss. He was the military dictator of Panama and the one who hired Jason Dante to find the lost city.

Nathan never shot and killed Navarro... Navarro's foot got tangled in wire after Nate pushed the helicopter off the side of the platform, dragging Navarro alongside El dorado into the deep abyss of the ocean.

My favourite Uncharted villains worst to best:
Talbot (since he’s quite annoying and an a hole)
Asav (cool character but not much to say about him)
Navarro (clearly wreckless with his plan with El Dorado)
Roman (another annoying villain)
Flynn (cool accent and funny)
Marlowe (spooky and talks like a real villain)
Rafe (very well written and terrifying villain)
Nadine (good guy or not she’s a badass villain)
Lazarvic (only guy more dangerous and terrifying than Trevor Philips)
My most favourite: Eddy Raja (cool guy, and his dialogue made me laugh a lot)

I think Rake and Nadine are not evil. In fact, they never would've done bad stuff to the Drake brothers if Sam crosses Rakes path. So they should be in the neutral area.
I’d say Nadine and Rafe are still evil. Nadine effortlessly tried murdering Nathan and Samuel without taking reasoning for it, lead Shoreline on many brutal exhibitions that even shocked Samuel, etc. . She doesn’t exactly seem to have much empathy whatsoever for others. Lost Legacy redeemed her for sure, but even then I’d say that only brought her up a few ranks.
Rafe is a psychopath. Relentlessly tried murdering Nathan and Samuel, as well as threaten everyone Nathan knows and loves. He’s a dirty and cold minded thief, willing to rob people of their poverty, overthrow people, and other things. He stabbed Vargas, the corrupt guard, just so he wouldn’t have to split the treasure, laughed at Nathan and Samuel’s crisis, etc. . Hell the ending of the game literally indicates how psychopathic he is with how willing he was to kill Nathan. So Rafe is certainly evil, even if Nathan and Samuel didn’t barge into the adventure.

I think Captain Avery should be included in this list . Even in death his influence is felt throughout 4 and is by far more evil than all Uncharted villains.

This quote fits Lazaravić‘s character so well, he was just a perfectly written villain. He wasn’t looking for treasure or money, he just wanted power beyond his limit and to rule the world. There was no sign of weakness in him, he had no morals or ethics, he couldn’t be reasoned with and bargaining with him was pointless. His monologue about how mercy is for the weak and saying Hitler and Stalin were “ Great men” was perfect and it cemented just how educated yet deranged he truly was.
I believe what also makes him the most dangerous and evil Uncharted villain and character is his intelligence is just as high as his ruthlessness and is absolutely psychotic, immoral and sociopathic. He has no mercy, emotions or regard for human life.

The least evil is definitely Skull kid because he was the Majora's mask's puppet and for the most evil, I'm hesitating between the Majora's mask and Bellum.

Rafe had odd motivation in the final battle. He's attacking Nathan because he's mad Nadine for trapping both of them on the ship. And now Rafe is attacking nathan even though it wasn't his fault.
His actual plan was not that evil. He wanted the treasure all for himself to prove he's more than just an heir to a big fortune. Its his behavior and personality that make him really bad.

I would put both Wario and Waluigi in the Grey area because although Wario started out as a villain he eventually became more of a neutral character and Wario had some more heroic moments especially in his own games despite how Wario is mostly a rude, crude, selfish and greedy person. I also put Waluigi in the neutral territory because Waluigi not exactly pure evil he’s more of an obnoxious and mischievous rival and like Wario he does have a few moments of heroism.
