I have not heard anything to the contrary so far. Also... We have been eating fruit largely either before Breakfast or before dinner (or often even have just fruit AS the breakfast or dinner). We have not experienced anything negative so far. It has been only positive. In fact having fruit at dinner means that this stomach will be DEFINITELY empty by the time you go to bed. Which is ideal
Did you mean made WITH millets? Millets (more so if unpolished) have a lower carb content and consequently, low GI. For that matter even unpolished rice will have lower GI. You will find a video each on roti maker of Ragi flour, Kodo millet flour and even rice flour. You can replace kodo millet flour with any other small millet flour also. Please do a search of RUclips for "Munch and Mull ragi roti" for example to find the ragi roti video. Replace word RAGI with MILLET or RICE for the other videos. I hope this helps.
Making wheat flour roti is far easier than using either millet or rice flour. Only just ensure that you choose a whole wheat flour. Emmer wheat flour is particularly low in gluten but will give you a coarser roti, but equally tasty. Organic wheat flour is best. You can get organic wheat flour from a diverse variety of wheat from Bio Basics. You can use this link. if you wish.. biobasics.org/collections/organic-flour-varieties-online Hope this helps
Excellent couple.. Mam pls share what to eat in a day and give us some weekly menu to continue to reduce the Indian tummy issues after eating rice always.. or bloating etc
Excellent video 🎉looking forward to the recipes

Sujata, do you have any Roti/Chapati recipes on your channel made without Jowar or Millets? I want to experiment with a low carb flour
