keep on making those Death Matches !! about the creature tier list: it might be fair to rate them relative to their level. Most level 1 creatures are weaker than all the others in direct comparison, but some (like the skeleton of course), still perform relatively better (thanks to necromancy etc). The same goes for high level creatures: they are obviously stronger than the low level ones, but relatively to their level, they still perform well or badly.

Congratulations on 500 quality videos. Maybe a third revisit to these lists would be good, with an extra variable (especially for the monsters and spells) is a cost/benefit in relation to true efficacy and what level of dwelling/mage guild level they are. E.g magic arrow is at LEAST B tier simply because it's a level 1 spell, super cheap and in early game it's like you have an extra ranged unit attack turn.
I'm mostly hopeful to see your skill development for HoMM3. Despite a lot of the more, ah, aggressive comments, your approach to playing is right in-line with new player hurdles and I think there is a lot of value in having videos showing the growing pains. If all people want is to see pros wreck the game, there are PLENTY of accounts out there that show the optimal way to play, but I think there is a niche to be found in playing and learning. I say this as someone who only really started getting good at HoMM3 within the past 5 or 6 years (I'm serious, I only finally beat all the vanilla campaigns in 2020, only took me 20 years!) Also with the AI changes between 2 and 3, I think there is a lot of content to be mined from Death Battles, though the community would have to put something into HoMM3 like we got in fHeroes2
100th like! Couple of controversial opinions (maybe?) I think Cyclopes fall short as level-6 units. 1-crystal is expensive for a unit that can't shoot or fly. The optimal build order for Barbarian is: Adobe, Bridge, Pyramid, then upg. Bridge and upg. Adobe. Sleeping on War Trolls & putting all your resources into getting Cyclops first lacks backbone. It's more often a valid strategy with level-6 units of other castles - the sacrifice to get a Titan or a Black Dragon one week faster is nearly always worth it because they can take on armies on their own. And who needs Unicorns when you can have Phoenixes? Even Crusaders before Paladins might be worth if you want to take out a Necromancer. With Cyclopses, I just don't feel it - there's no scenario where I want to skip War Trolls to save my ore to get Pyramid faster. Also, I think Rangers are generally better than Grand Elves. Grand Elves are scary units to encounter in the wild, but raising an army of them just takes way too much time; that makes them often irrelevant; too slow growth rate in the early game, too weak for the late game. Rangers on the other hand are only level-2 creatures, they have superior growth rate AND you can recruit archers outside your caste and upgrade them; you can get a big stack of them pretty fast and that can be really strong in the early game.
One of the best things about ultra fast creatures is that if you're loaded with the right spells, you can often change the course of the whole fight by having the first turn
I like where you have Skeletons. You're basically only using them as Necromancer, they're ever-present in your your forces, and easy to accumulate. As tier 1 units go: they're not bad and it seems like it doesn't take long to get a big power stack of them. An indispensable part of any Necromancer army.
As a request. Diablo and Diablo 2 content. Baldurs Gate and Baldurs Gate 2. Then, perhaps some D&D entry card/board games. Such as "The Adventure Begins or the Dragons of Stormwreck Isle" Beginners sets. Or the Dungeon Mayhem (& Monster Madness) Card Game. Plenty of gameplay/strategy related content just on those alone.
Excellent idea for a 500th video! Congrats on 500! What follows is just my opinion. Opinions are like butt holes. Everyone has one and they all stink. 😁 The only real issue I have is that Halflings are a Teir 1 creature that competes well with Orc Chiefs in pure damage. That is insane. For that reason, Halflings deserve to be in the same category as Orc Chiefs. Rangers damage destroys Orc Chief damage and should be in a class above Orc Chiefs. The pure health pool of Hydras makes them useful for magic casters. They can tank enough for you to go nuts with spells. Hydra are B teir lowest. A tier is solid. Greater Druid are at the bottom of A teir, but acceptable there. The issue with Vampire Lords is that you needs hundreds to thousands of them to get up to S tier. Disrupting Ray spell is F tier trash. Only use it if you have nothing else better. The problem is that there is always something better. I can see it for longer battles. However, if the battle is that close you are likely going to lose lots of troops and should likely have found a better way to approach the fight. Go all Sun Tzu. Divide your army in 2 and avoid the big fight. Force the bigger army to chase and not catch 1 of the 2 armies. One is a distraction while you use the other to clean up the other side. With that in mind, is there a tier below F for Disrupting Ray? It really is that bad. If you are using it a lot, there is lots of room for improvement in your strategies. Phoenix + Elemental Storm = Run in with 1 Phoenix, pop E. Storm and then pay to get away. You've just done loads of damage for just a bit of gold. Pure S tier. With tactics like this, Phoenix beat Dragon because nothing will go before them. If you just have Dragons stacks, a counter would be to have a single crusader and then pop mass haste and watch the Dragons wait while you shred them the first round. As such a single Dragon pulling this with Armegedon is a risk, a Phoenix is zero risk. That is why, while Phoenix are A tier, they are at the top of A tier with Vampire Lords. This is also why I would put E Storm as S tier unless your opponent has nothing but Dragons and Phoenix. Again, great job reaching 500 videos!
If you have never played them, I would love to watch someone do a blind playthrough of Might and Magic 7 or 6. I still break out those games every once in a while.
Cool game. Truly sad that Ubisoft completely abandoned this masterpiece. Why aren’t they updating old games instead of making new ones (acceptable at best).

Don't stop the deathmatches please. You can swap the game (those that fit of course) but don't change the format.
Manual says dragon slayer gives +5 attack skill vs dragons. Made quick test in fHeroes2 and dragon slayer spell works against Bone Dragons.
Please keep Death Matches!
