Hey Fit, there's currently something I think you should maybe know of, on June 28th, 1.19.1 is going to be released, and in it, a new ban system. This system can be used for universally banning players from all servers for things like exploiting. As of now I am unsure if this system will be limited to just 1.19.1, or if it will become present in every other version of the game, but either way, it will have a negative impact on 2b2t. If it stays limited to 1.19.1, 2b2t may not be able to update past 1.19. If it becomes universal for all versions, 2b2t may very well be killed by it, due to the widespread use of exploits, which may result in most of the community being banned, or even worse, universally banned. Some people may even make bots that will weaponize this, automatically detecting when someone says something ban worthy in chat or uses an exploit, to then spam report.
And thats how a exploit existed
chat reporting relies on signed messages, which were added in 1.19 main update.
1.19.1 added the reporting system, but someone malicious enough could easily mod that into regular 1.19, or any other version a multi version server that allows 1.19+ players.

Id love to see Fit go through the history of armour sets on 2B2T. Going through sword combat juggernauts, to glitched stack items which dont lose durability, the advancement of crystal PVP and potentially look at the future with powdered snow leather or changes to hackclients. Just an idea as weve seen weapons so only seems like a next step. Love the work fit

Reminds me of two instances I read about years ago. Both were on World of Warcraft. Pre-original BC release I think but I'm not positive. I don't recall the specifics such as guild names or servers, but I remember the gist of it. One was similar to the video in that a couple wanted to get married in-game. The main difference being they were newlyweds IRL so it was just a nice touch of sorts. Don't recall which faction was holding the wedding, and which griefed it. But the wedding was held in contested territory on a PVP server. Needless to say many, many, many people showed up to grief, and the whole thing fell apart.
The second also took place on a PVP server in contested territory. So you can generally see where this is going. Anyway, a player had passed away recently. So his guild wanted to honor him and hold their own funeral for him on the server. They openly announced the location, apparently a region the deceased enjoyed the most, so that friends outside of the guild could attend and participate. They had a funeral march planned, people to come up and give speeches, etc. They even went so far as to reach out on their Alts to the Alli side to request a respectful temporary cease fire in the region for the duration of the funeral. Most were civil enough to agree. Apparently an Alli guild with a particular hate boner for the guild holding the funeral was having none of that. They crashed it mid-funeral. The screenshots were surreal given the context. Hundreds of skeletons littering the ground from the constant rotation of deaths and respawns. Countless players running around, shooting, stabbing, burning, bashing. All of this in the middle of a digital funeral party for someone who had legitimately died. Both depressing and one of the funniest examples of morbid humor I've ever read about happening in an MMO.
