    20 g cocoa powder.
    5g baking powder.
    Oil.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
    30g nuts.
    40g dark chocolate.
    20 ml hot milk.

    2 bananas.
    1 teaspoon ginger.
    1 cup oatmeal.
    Cinnamon.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.

    3 tablespoons sweetener.
    3 apples.
    50ml water.
    100g nuts.
