Your school keeps up with your stats and submits them to the proper sites who do the national rankings. I found this out doing highlight reels for clients, they stay up to date with all the schools, sites like Max Preps do check it out.

it was tough the first ten minutes of doing the combos but after working on the 3 moves for at least an hour, I see progress already and I can imagine using one of those 3 combos on a defender. I was also being creative and adding a few things. Thanks 😊

When I use the heavy ball and switch to the normal ball my handles feel unstable? Any tips*********** great workout
Frfr I feel you, when I switch back to a regular ball it feel hella light and when I try to dribble fast I lose control
I would try ending your workouts with the heavy ball and not transition to a regular ball after using heavy ball.
Just keep practicing with heavy ball, but when it’s time to run games with the actual ball it’ll feel a lot better and can tell from improvements
