Pick a great shooter like stephen curry or damian lillard and study their form and see the way the position themselves to get and make shots just study and practice what you see
@@iknowbruh3664 I wanna mainly do these to build up my muscles/ finger strength. I get tendonitis so I thought this would help. Plus I will get handles while my dog is outside pooping. It's boring standing waiting on my dog to poop
Another way to do it is by using a regular basketball. See the all behind him? From a distance, heave your basketball at a target that you've affixed with regular tape. The ball will naturally come back towards you, and you can do it as many times as you like. By doing this repeatedly, you'll find that your muscles will get stronger the same way they would if you'd use a weighted basketball.
Great vid, thanks for sharing. Only suggestion would be to NOT catch the ball until after it bounces to avoid wrist strain.
Thank you, all the best
Is the ball strictly for indoors? Thx
I use diy heavy ball now i release my shot smoother than ever
hi, how you make the diy?
Thx
