Hi ! Tried this today ! I made three deviations- instead of coconut oil, I used olive oil- I had none left, I used quark instead of regular yogurt, and I did not do the measurement of coconut right - I added too much. In the end it was very very thick !! But, tasty ! Thank you very much for the recipe ! Best regards from Bologna :-)
