Great video, i learned alot my question is my drive drums are really sloppy on the shaft, would replacing the needle bearings do it or should i replace drums and bearings. And also does the shaft wear down that much, or should i change the shaft also?
I know its hard without seeing mine, also what are the part #s for drums, bearings and shaft?
    Again Great and informative video

Man setting that pin was ridiculous! I beat on that bastard a couple hours before I finally got it in place. Hope I never have to do this project again lol

Would you be interested in selling the old spline?

How did you get the fins to line up correctly.
When I put the chains and cables on one side is not straight

you have to tension the cables properly and make sure the chain is in the correct position

How tight do the chains need to be? There are no videos anywhere that explain how tight they should be. Do you have any suggestions?

Honestly I don't like over tightening chains. I just tightened them until they were smooth and didn't feel crunchy

My drive clicks when my left peddle is at 80% of full throw, under medium load. My dealer found nothing wrong, but didn’t demo it like I asked. Please share how your drive was clicking. Thank you very much.

If you remove the parts why dont you grease them when you replace it?

The only thing I really grease is bearings, and the needle bearings still had some grease. I don't like putting too much, because it collects a lot of sand.

So, the title should be "replacing spine", not fixing the drive.
