    Thanks. The other videos show previous iterations of the turbo fins. I'm putting the non-turbo fins on my wife's compass (2024) kayak because we have a lot of seaweed and eel grass in Morro Bay. It's good to know that loctite isn't needed with the new design.
    People should also know that the Hobie (at least in the US) use SAE sized allen wrenches and the allen wrench/socket is hugely helpful.

    I’m riding with my wife in a tandem duo compass. Of course I put the turbos on mine. Ha

      I would compare it to pedaling a bicycle in a higher gear vs a lower gear by a few gears. Take off the shorter fins are better but once gets going the longer fins are better. The main thing is if you are in some seaweed the longer ones will catch more. Or if you are in shallow water short would be better.

      @@DaBinChe thank you! i am thinking about, because i am going to travel the seacoast with the boat... in the ocean the turbo is probably the right fin...
