@@RedTractorLeather The hilarious part is that I've had this strap for over 20 years. I had never adjusted it until the other day at practice and I could not put it back together at all. 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks again for the simple to follow instructions.
There are holes on each end of the strap with a slit. Typically this goes over a metal post that is already attached to the guitar. In some cases a guitar may not have the metal post, especially near the neck, and in that case you just use a piece of cord, string or other material to tie the strap to the neck. I hope that helps ;-)
There should be at least one peg on the end of the body of the guitar. One hole fits over that and if there isn’t a second peg near the neck you can use a string, leather strip, shoe lace or anything else that would bear the weight of the guitar and tie it to the neck up near the tuning pegs
You did it wrong dude the small part of the straps always comes out on top at the end of the strap and don't let anybody tell you that you can skip a bunch of slots as you thread your strap if you decide to go decide to go that way' ya'll have problems I'll start bunching up on your back not fun. if it needs to be long just strart lower remember the small part if strap must come out on top at the last slot it might seem a little confusing at first but is not rocket science Nunavut is not even theory that is if you're willing to use your own mind & correctly thread your strap !" No half measures" your guitar wark won't be sloppy and half-hearted " The Strap is a small part of the journey might as well have fun & do it right the time. 🤘🤨👉💨 Take 2

where to put the slim part into the guitar? is it at the rare to front of the guitar?;)tnx
@@richardlogroytc8736 the slim part goes on the back. The wider part usually has some design on it and is in the front ;-)
