- My first proper jam with the Ableton Move in goa trance style (although it's a lot more trance than goa). The device has plenty of potential, but it I'm still learning my way around the box and its limitations. Every sound is stock except for the vocal samples. ✌️👽

It appears sad you have found a way to use this device as it was presented rather than complain about how it differs from the push!!! Bravo and good luck to you… sounds amazing..
Thank you for your kind words! I'm having a lot of fun with it!
Thanks for this! Most Move music so far is boring "beats"-type stuff, so good to hear some variety :)
Getting this instead of upgrading my push 3 to stand alone. Excited!
Completely different things, but do whatever you want :)
@@Artek604 of course but this does what i would use it for if i brought it with me. So perfect for my situation.
Oldschool Trance'90. Typu dj Quiksilver itp. 😉👏👏✌️👽✌️
This is 🔥
Best jam I have seen so far. I need to record some of mine because some of what is out there is not selling this very well.
Nicely done!
Nice!! I want to see and hear a lot more!!
This is the best thing I have heard on the Move. You really can make full songs on it, which is what I would want to do. Have you found 'the four tracks too limiting or are you making use of the different pitches available in the drum rack for melodic samples too?
I'm fine with the four tracks and I don't find it too limiting. It would be great if we had 6 or 8, but I can live with 4. I will definitely use the Drum Racks to have more things to play with, but I'm not sure how yet. I will probably end up resampling things like non-melodic tonal tracks like stabs, bass, pads, etc. and store them in a Drum Rack. One thing that's more limiting in making full songs than the four tracks is that we can only have 8 clips, but even there we have potential ways to work around that.
Nice. Please give me the name of the white speaker.
Bravo! That's fantastic work. What's the speaker you're using and how does it sound in person?
Many thanks! It's the IKEA VAPPEBY Bluetooth speaker. It's a decent bookshelf speaker, it's okay for listening to music or jamming alone, but I would not recommend them for anything more serious. Full disclosure: I use it in my videos because it looks good, not because it sounds good. 🙃
@@cursortoxyz Thanks 😀
The music is great, and so is the camera work. Try doing one with text tips as overlays? Would be helpful to get insights into your performance and arrangement approach.
@@chadthornton623 Great idea, I’m still figuring it out, but I’ll probably do something like that in the future.
What's that speaker?
