Theology is the study of the nature of God and God's divinity. Teleology explores events in terms of the purpose they serve rather than of the cause by which they arise. Teleology comes from the Greek τέλος, telos, 'end', 'aim', or 'goal', and λόγος, logos, 'explanation' or 'reason')[1] or finality. The end reveals God’s purpose from the beginning, the end being regarded as the thought of God at the beginning, or the universe viewed as the realization of God and the eternal purpose.
