- We finished this beautiful 1973 Ford Mustang at the end of last year. The car was previously restored by another company, but unfortunately they didn't finish the job to the customers satisfaction. Upon recommendation by another Ace Customs client, the car was brought to us.
A near full restoration was completed, with only paint, chrome and rubbers being excluded. Ace Customs Auto undertook the mechanical restoration with a full engine rebuild and dress-up, all new suspension, upgraded brakes front and rear, lots of rust treatment and repair, full stainless steel exhaust system, upgraded radiator, upgraded steering box and pump and much more!
Ace Customs took care of the interior, with a full redo in red leather, a stylish wooden steering wheel, new carpeting, custom door trims to match the steering wheel, repair of the hydraulic soft top mechanism and tons of other little items and fixes.
Although we didn’t redo the paintwork, Ace Customs Detailing worked their magic and got the paint looking a hundred times better! And of course RBTS Racing took care of the tuning.
The car looks and drives like a dream, and we are certain the lady owner will get many happy miles and smiles in the car.
