Karen Pooked Horse Eye and it Goes Super Crazy
A quiet round of applause for the dear horse, and his amazing rider!
This particular horse actually enjoys interacting with some of the tourists, but I would bite too if one poked my eye.
So the untrained horse when crazy twice and the human display couldnt control it after the invisible lady poked it eyes twice? 🤦♂🤣
@@barbaracallaghan2492 Do invisible ladies poke your eyes like it did for the horse or is it ghosts? 🤦♂🤣
@@barbaracallaghan2492 q
Not quiet, a standing ovation 😮😊
I really don't understand why Tourists are allowed to keep groping the Horses. It should be stopped. Once again The Kings Guard showed great caring and gentle control for and over his beautiful Horse.
Blanca, I agree with you. I really don’t believe that these poor horses like to have people having their hands all over their faces. And, these poor guards have to deal with these annoying people, while they are on duty, WORKING.
I agree I find it abusive to the horses.
Who even knows what is in their hands?
She got a warning bite. He could have crushed her hand and deservedly so. No sympathy from me.
These people are rude and obnoxious. They think it’s their god given right to be doing whatever they want. The guards need to stop that touchy touchy cr%%%##&p.
I adore this guard! He is a class act. His rapport with his horse is wonderful and all done with a sword in his hand. As to the woman, you don't go next to a horse without paying attention to what you're doing! I'm glad he retaliated.
me too x
I adore them all including the horses, definitely class acts! 🖤♥️🖤
Almost brought her to her knees, tee hee, the guard was watching closely.
I'm happy the horse seems OK. She Still has her fingers, so she's Very Lucky. What gets me is the next few people who came right up afterwards to Still try to touch the horse. It needs time to calm.
I truly don't know how these Guards put up with ignorant people, day in day out. Fair play to him for controlling his horse, the poor horse, after being poked in the eye!! I would say the Guards count the minutes till their hour shift is up.
Well done to all Guards for putting up with people everyday.
I wonder if the guards can tell which person is going to get it from the horse. The horses were perfectly fine with the two guys @ 12:00 they chatted with the guards and petted the horses for quite some time.
They really need to cordon off the area around the horses. These morons think these horses are for petting and poking. It isn't a petting zoo. They have no respect for the guards, their jobs or the horses. Drives me nuts watching them.
The woman got what she deserved after poking the horse in the eye
@@dustyking8851 they can't cordon the area off it needs to be freely accessible so the guards can move freely in order to protect the area
The horses count the minutes too!
This CONSTANT, PERSIST, IRRITATING, stroking, touching, talking to the horse, even yelping when it turns its head towards them, is IRRITATING the HELL out of me now. Put up A DAMN BIG SIGN THAT SAYS 'NO TOUCHING OF THE HORSE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY FINED!!!!
Especially with long artificial nails!

I totally agree!! Nobody should be able to touch the horses
I so agree with you
You have to admit the way the guards control the horse is absolutely amazing the love they show to their horse and still the tourists don't back off for their safety what is wrong with them is that woman REALLY surprised that the horse can bite the notice is BIG enough
I think it's just pure ignorance. They have no idea of the power these equines have. To them there just a pretty photo op.
I really hope that there will be no stupid turists aloud to be that close to the horses and soldiers most of them are very rude and don't show any respect towards the gau and beautiful horses
Putting your hand in a horses mouth is just stupid. That hurts. That’s a good thing.
You don’t “control “ the horse it’s years of partnership, bonding, the horse understands the non verbal cues such as legs on deep seat, loose rein, taking contact with the rein, that’s a bond
@Tellemore No she poked his eye by mistake and then he bit her hand.
She's so busy posing for a picture she poked the horse in the eye, no wonder it bit her.
at 02:06
Can't do it again if the fingers are held in his mouth. Clever horse. Stupid woman.
They should not touch the horses
Pity it wasn’t harder ! 😂
Not very hard though. Sadly.
One of my favorite guards. Firm when needed but also polite. Always caring for his horse. And his horsemanship is spot on.
He is also my favourite Guard ❤
@@charlotterockel-kennedy8913 mine too :)
You can always tell when a horse and guard gel . It's lovely to see.
I can't believe people are so stupid! Even a horse you've raised from birth can bite you. They don't realize how hard they bite. Thanks for sharing
A commenter further up said it bit her because she poked him in the eye. I had a closer look and they're right, @ 2:03, poor horse.
.. The woman should have paid attention to the horse, and not to someone behind her, while petting the horse.. Simple as that..
I can !
Absolutely.
Similarly stupid people try to take selfies with American buffaloes 😖
If the horse had bit her properly her fingers would have been broken and there definetly would have been blood. Horses are well aware of their teeth and how to use them. She poked him in the eye and horses are very sensitive with their eyes. He was warning her to keep her fingers to herself. The Guard is an excellent rider and he knows how to use spurs properly. He really has a strong bond with his horse ❤
She wasn’t looking when it happened, she was looking at the camera and posing.
If she was watching what she as doing she wouldn’t have poked the horse in the eye and she would have noticed the horse tried three or four times to gobble up her fingers.
God Help the Kings Horsea and ¹The Kings Guard.
God help the Kings Horses and The Kings Guard.xx
Well done Trooper, the horsemanship needed to control the mount at the start of the video was remarkable.
And all with one hand! On the plus side we get to see just how beautiful the horse is.
Wonderful horsemanship
Well done to that Guard ... he understood and handled the horse beautifully. Loved the quiet neck rubs ... well done both of you.
That was skillfully controlled. My favorite guard for sure.
I will never understand why people insist on standing in the way of the gate 🙄 complete ignorance...
Love the guard who yelled at the crowd. People need to be yelled at more.
I love how these horses even when absolutely at the end of there patience, can recognise that small children mean no harm. Adults and teenagers on the other hand are fair game, they have the mental capacity to recognise when a horse has had enough.
🎯
in caballo no hara nada a in mino pues saben q no Los hara dano. Los caballo de emplean hara trapia con ninos autistas y es asombroso como actuan
My ex was a mounted policeman and his horse was gentle with children but he'd throw adults off😊
Absolutely, I’ve seen the horses go calm and look at the little ones, pure of heart
@@annekathleen4498 😂😂
I can’t even begin to imagine the stress for that young man, keeping a huge and powerful horse under control and safe. Kudos to him for his patience and professionalism.
I always love to see how the Guards reassure their horses with a pat on the neck
A real horse person does this. You always assure your horse it's safe.
As an experienced horse owner I've often rendered my horse they're safe. I'll protect them. It's a partnership of love. & trust.
The skill that it took to calm the horse and get it to reverse back in was next level. I wish they would add ‘Do Not Touch Horse’ to the sign. I cant imagine how tough it is to be touched and petted for the time the horse is out there.
I think they are out for an hour at a time
Not to seem cold hearted, but I have little sympathy for the woman who put her hand up to the horse's mouth since she knew the risk she took, but is the horse ok?
She was rubbing his nose, then looked back at the camera, meanwhile the hand goes up his face and THREE fingers go into his eye. (I could not see how long her finger nails were, but they obviously hurt him). As he lifts his head she turns round and her hands slide down to his lips. Then he grabbed the perpetrator's fingers as pay back.. Hope it hurt her as much as she hurt him.
I get the heebi jeebies when long nails are stroking a horse's face. Many times I have seen hands glide over the eyes, particularly when the person looks away for a second or two. 🫣
I do hope you video makers told the guard. That horse needs to have his eye checked by the vet for scratches or any other damage.
Time they put an end to all the horse touching. It's a danger to the horse and they cost mega bucks to procure, train, feed and look after 😡🐴❤
Agreed.
You don't seem hard hearted at all! She caused the horse to take action! He was actually quite restrained imo. I've been bitten by a cantankerous pony and was doing nothing to him, outside his stall. Next thing i know he's got my kneecap in his teeth and wasnt letting go. Had to freeze till he let go (about 5 minutes) . Could have easily taken off my kneecap. I forgot there was a board missing from his stall door that he could reach through. My fault entirely.
The horse is probably up to date with his shots, so it should be OK 😂
Not cold hearted at all , that could, may have caused serious infection or a scratched cornea! Stupid woman posing not watching the horse
Total love and communication between horse and rider. Magnificent!
He didn’t go crazy, that was very calm and controlled. A horse can take a hunk out of you if they wanted too.
What did she think was going to happen when she stuck her hand in the horses mouth?!
She actually hurt the horse first, poked it in eye. check out 02:06
She poked his eye
Key word: think. She didn’t.
She didn’t mean to but she wasn’t looking and poked the horse in the eye. But you don’t go near a horse without paying attention to them
Absolute classic reason NOT to allow tourists sooooooo close. Geez, poke the horse in the eye, even if by accident, should, should be reason enough to disallow such close contact with the horse and guards.
This lady poked her hand into a horses mouth where it’s not unreasonable for the horse to expect some form of treat. When no treat was forthcoming it bit down to see if it needed to apply a little more pressure. The horse quickly realised it wasn’t food and let go. Without seeming nasty-the ladies hand had a layer of fake tan, probably a lot of moisturiser and any number of other chemical beauty products. I’d probably get a bit freaked out at the taste of them too!
it has the poke in the eye that freaked the horse out.
I love this horse and I love that guard. He looks so natural when the horse decided to dance 😂❤❤
Honestly these tourists do not realise their actions can cause distress and discomfort to our wonderful horses... our serving soldiers are exceptional in dealing with this stupidity..wish someone would poke that woman in the eye see how she reacts....
Really makes a person wonder if people should have access to the horse
That sounded bad. It was at the person petting
Look closely. She poked the horse in the eye. She didn't mean to, but she was talking and looking the other way when she did it. The poor horse took revenge!😢
at 02:06
oh shit she did too. Lucky she didn't blind the horse.
She did
It was in pain that’s why it was upset. She deserved the bite.
I don’t believe the horse ‘took revenge’ - she kept on & on putting her hand under his mouth, usually when that happens there’s a carrot or treat, watch the lips very gently bubbling around the hand then possibly thought a finger was a treat. There are signs, these are working animals & highly trained guards not something out there for people’s amusement. By all means visit, stand so you can have your photo but you don’t have to be right up against the horse. There’s no respect, no thought of how difficult it must be to stand there for hours being harassed & subjected to noise all the time.
I like how the guard petted his horse enough to let him know the guard is protecting him.
It's either people who get too excited, like they've never seen a horse before, or half wits who think they are horse experts. Either way, it's the horses that are suffering because of them.
Luckily that dog, though looks curious, seems to be well behaved and calm.😊
True
Excellent rider. Very patient, showed the horse the dark scary guard box, and gently but consistently asked the horse to back in. Well done sir. Text book horsemanship.
Serves her right for poking him in the eye
Wonderful Horsemanship by the Guard, they love their Horses.
What is wrong with people? Do they not realise that these are working horses & personnel - do they think it’s just a ‘show’ for their benefit? There’s a clear sign yet they go on & on harassing the horses & guards. I find it so disrespectful & ugly.
Good!! Did you saw it?...She poked her fingers in the horse's eye. Horses don't just bite. There's always a reason. And this is true!! Great to see this', Be Aware!!! These D....Tourists think horses are toy animals
Reversing a horse back into that arch is a skill
Many trained equestrians can do it. Not as many can do it one handed with a double bridle and holding a sword.
Mine liked to wear tarpaulin like a cape..
They need to clear out the horse poo,he didn't like standing in it.
It scares me when people bring their pets close to the horse. You never know how the dogs going to react to the horse and cause a problem.
Not to mention bringing a pit bull to walk around in a large crowd
I don't think it's a Pitbull, those are illegal to own in the UK, so it would be incredibly stupid to take one where there's lots of police officers. It could be an American bulldog x or something.
@@dmotta2811 Dont start with the pit bull. The ones that can be mean are the ones that are trained to be. They are very loveing dogs if let be
@@daylehudson6810 I was thinking more about the damage they can cause .
I think this has to stop allowing people to put their hands near the horses mouth! No one knows what the person has touched beforehand, they could have something horrible on them!
@Susue B.....Totally agree with you 👏👏
The guard did a remarkable job of getting the horse back under control.
Thanks to all the guards and horses that took part in the Coronation. It was amazing !
What do you expect when u stick your hand in front of its moutn. He thought u were giving him something to eat. Lesson learnt.
In the words of the famous ferret biting owner, "He was only playing, with you, you would have known if he had meant it!"
The owner bites his/her ferret😮?
There at 10:12 comes the Pit Bull, "Wots all this then?" He's so excited he's about to pull his woman's arm off, and right next to him, at face level, are babies in strollers. You can tell the guard is worried about the dog for his horse's sake, but the baby parents haven't a care.
I don't think it would be a Pitbull, those are illegal to own in the UK under the dangerous dog act. It may be a mixture, possibly American bulldog with a Staffordshire terrier or something. It would be very dumb to take an illegal dog where there's tons of police. They take away any Pitbull whether showing aggression or not and put it down, unless you have a license to have the dog.
Well done to the kings Guard for taking control of one beautiful Kings Horse 🇬🇧❤🇬🇧
Thank you for the video ❤
Really admire these guards and horses they must have endless patience to tolerate the stupidity!
Silly woman, too busy looking at camera, and poked the horses eye.
The horse got its own back. 😊
Respect to the guard's horsemanship.
Brilliant control guard ❤❤❤
I really love this Guard and his horse. I love the way he calmed him down and reassured him everything is going to be alright now. A beautiful combination. 💝💝
I absolutely adore this horse. He seems quietly attentive and amused by the goings on around him. I'll bet he's an "in your pocket type" and would be a joy to work with.
She poked the horse in the eye, bite was deserved lol
That guard on the horse, he's holding a razor-sharp sword. It's not a plastic toy, it's a weapon that can take your head clean off.
Show respect to the British Army. These guards are highly trained soldiers. It's not Disneyland.
Cyd in MD, USA. I've watched several of these videos. I DO NOT think tourists should be allowed to touch the horses faces. Substances could be "shared" with the horse that might be causing upset. Watch how the horse seems to work its mouth and drool. If your channel has some influence you should mention this to the office of the guards.
Don't you just adore this horse?. Taking things into his own hands; so to speak. Telling this lady to leave him/ her alone. But the icing on the cake for me was when the guard actually patted the horse, no the neck. Well done that horse. You taught her a lesson 😅😅😅
There is no worse way to spook an already nervous horse than to try to pet its face. If you wouldn't do it to a dog, don't do it to a horse! 🥺The guard did a great job maintaining control and was so good with his horse. ❤
Ein sehr guter, ruhiger Reiter...der sein Pferd mag und respektiert
I've noticed that the Guard Horses are proud and intelligent Official Beings, they know their worth, and really dislike standing in manure in public, theirs or another horse's. I would feel the same & refuse to cooperate. I reccomend the employment of an official stable boy to remedy the situation throughout the day. Even humble town parades have a clean up crew... this is The King's Palace Guard.
She poked the horse in the eye, the horse then took multiple attempts to bite her and she still didn’t move her hand 😂
Being patient and calm wins the day.
Such great control
I am always amazed at the talent of these horsemen!!!
For once I didn't see or hear Karen. So unusual. Poor beast, its not too happy. 🌿🌿🌷🌷🌷🌿🌿
Clearly the horse doesn't like Fake Blondes. 😊
Looks like straw
@@Faretheewell608 Lol!
I don't understand why there isn't a "Don't touch the horses" rule. The number of people who stress this already nervous horse out is shocking.
I feel for these horses that have to stand there for so long.
Just out of genuine curiosity, how long are their shifts?
Mounted Guards have 1 hour shifts, Foot Guards have 2 hour shifts
@@tarien2213 thank you!! I'm not sure why I thought it was longer. Thank you for answering though.
I just love it when they dance bless them they are such beautiful horses and they know what they want 😂
Provoking the officer and the horse had became a thrill game with the provokers. It pained the see officer's patience with the parasites.
She did hurt the poor horse on the eye and didn't even notice. 😢
Why don't the police clear the gates of people?
Public road.
It is nice seeing a rider try to soothe and comfort an upset horse, rather than try to force and harass it into obedience.
Yeah she poked the poor horse in the eye accidentally, then she held her hand up to his mouth. You have to be an idiot to think you won’t get bitten doing that.
You have to wonder sometimes, given the way the horses occasionally act up suddenly, whether some of these nutters may be slipping something nasty into their mouths when they're ostensibly "petting" them. I'm just surprised the public are let within touching distance. 🤔
Thank god the horse is okay
"Oh, i know how to deal with horses... I once rode in a circus. On a pony. So i'm a professional."
Why wasn't the woman arrested for poking the horse in the eye. I'm getting sick of some tourists abusing the horses.
if this video was taken today I really hope the ones there see it as that horse may have been left with a sore eye and may need eye drops. 02:06
Some of these people need to be arrested or made to leave the premises!
Not paying attention... she could have blinded that beautiful horse! PAY ATTENTION PPL!
With all different tourists from multiple countries who don't speak English
I would put up photos of horse biting and kicking
Alot tourists can't read sign up there
Absolutely amazing!
The horse and guard were amazing considering the noise, touching and sirens. Guard was calm and in control. The guard is on the job on duty. Tourist stop treating the Kings working guards like a Disney attraction.
Oh he looks so innocent..😊
@Bernadette Elliott the horse or the guard? 🤣
They need another sign saying Don't Touch The Horses!!!
I just said the same thing up at the top. You are absolutely right, They are at work leave them be.
The woman was trying to get her hand out of the horses mouth. She may have grabbed the bit.
Why can't people leave these guards and horses do their job!!?? Unbelievable of human behaviour!! Selfish!!!
That is why no one should be allowed to touch the horses. Can cause accidental pain and injury to the horses. Keep people away from the horses!!!
Maybe it's time to make the people look but not touch.
I feel it's time to add some restrictions now.
I'm an American I enjoy watching the guards and horses. They should make an order that if you can't touch the guards you should not be allowed to touch the beautiful horses. I think your country is very beautiful.
Beautiful horses if only they can talk, and say please I know you love me, please stop waving your hands near me nose, because I think you have an apple
I unfortunately many of these people don’t “love” horses, they just want to use them for a photo opportunity. I agree, the horse would expect something to eat when someone puts their hand on its mouth.
He is really skilled horseman ❤ the horse us sick and tired of all those ruffians
This horse has an amazing coat! The dappling shows up very nicely.
Sorry to say, but that women deserved a bite ! Keep your hands away
