I just had a very similar experience with the exact same set. On my Baroness, on her breastplate, the silver trim along the bottom edges misses the sculpt completely, and the ankle hinge on the left boot on my Tomax is inserted into the mold incorrectly, so his foot is off-center. Hasbro QC is sooo frustrating.

That head sculpt is outstanding! Hasbro isn't the only one with QC issues...I have a couple Mattel figs that had the same issue with the left shoulders. As for that leg issue...gotta be a fix for that.
It looks nice, The Baroness is the reason I think I have a thing for women with dark hair and glasses. Sucks about the QC, like you said she does look good. The shot with her and Destro looked badass in that lighing.

Man, I just got Lowlight, Helix and Buzzer. All 3 had paint app issues, gaps in the bicep to shoulder joints and the abdomen are super loose. And of course, flimsy weapons. I will say that the new Firefly's QC was on point though. No issues with him.

I think hasbro should do what action force does, that is adding instructions saying you need to heat your figures first. My pack came nice with no visible paint defects.

Just received 4 Mole rats and all of there upper torsos are frozen. Heated them up 3 times and put some lubricant. They free up for a little then once cooled down stiff as glue again.

When Valaverse purchased the license for Action Force, did that include the Red Shadows? Will Valaverse create/sell any Figures or Vehicles from the Red Shadows? I got Stalker to make a custom, and wanted to make a custom. I tried taking the waste off, and they are just soft rubber shorts that slide off the joints? When did they start that? Sheesh….😮
They need metal ball pegs ot something, i have quite a few figures that you can see where it is kind of white where the plastic is stressed, so i make sure i don't bend the legs up
Mine is good as far as I can tell. I don't test them out nearly as much as you would though. Paint is definitely good. Sorry you got one with a few issues.

I've found half my figures arm loops are all cracked. I went through them all and it was about 50% had at least one arm crack and around 1/4th of those both had hairline cracks. All I can do is toss a little tamiya cement and live with it. I don't know what to do with looseness, it's sort of better that most are loose. I can't do nothing about the leg pegs that are bad. I'm not going to heat figures, that's BS.
I avoided Not buying the set, those hasblows hit a snag with QC problems!🙄 Hopefully if they can turned it around untill 2024?. I hope the company makes those changes in the figure line?🤔/That saves me money!😅💵🏦

Tbh with GI Joe I was getting excited to get back in the line, but QC constant issues make it hard to want anything other than maybe some specific figures. We shouldn't have to fix their busted figures immediately after purchase. Great video though.
I do love the review and what you do, but I never liked the body sculpt on that Hasbro Baroness, and I do own one (not this particular exclusive version but same sculpt) after first purchasing one I immediately noticed that she's too lanky and thin and much less curvy than she should be with a few cup sizes too small a chest. I had the OG Baroness back when she came out and noticed she was curvy and had those pontoon's! my god! I find that the Art Adams rendition was the best, and the Larry Hama comics definitely made her curvy. don't get me wrong, her head sculpt is spot on and her weapons too, this is after all just my opinion and I do agree the QC is terrible with this line. and I do respect others' opinions and am not bashing anyone's (not my thing to do). anyway, keep up the great work, I am subscribed and love the content...a fan here.

I’m going to be honest, the QC issues are pushing me out of classified. Vala has spoiled us by actually addressing issues while Hasbro shrugs. It’s been a year or more with bendy guns and they just mentioned it as an issue this week. Smdh. As for this set, I was around when the original con set was released. Thought the Crimson viper was interesting but that was it. I passed on it. At this point the cobras I have are in Springfield and occasionally work as mercenaries for Karak. Lol.
Do you think Hasbro is handpicking samples for the no offence "bigger" reviewers as with the Crimson AV no1 had problems but on the tank forum and the smaller reviewers all calling out the QC problems. If that is the case even more reason to avoid the bigger guys.

Brother call hasbro and have them send you a new one. You'll get to keep both. I always always always hold hasbro accountable for their products. I received two range vipers with broken legs. Hasbro doesn't carry them though because they are exclusive to Walmart so they sent me random other Joe products. But I guess it is at least something I just still want my Range Vipers 😢
Seriously the GI Joe QC is the worst. I sorta accepted it until I got a Marvel Legends Wolverine few days ago; I don't collect ML. It's perfect. No paint miss, joints are tight but smooth unlike GI Joes that have stiff AF joints that you just can't move without heating them up.
The QC issues are just not being addressed. I really don't get it. I have zero trust in their products by now. Not worth my hard earned dollars. I love the Joes as a property, but unfortunately, I can't invest in this line anymore. For the sake of those who stick with the line, get your act together Hasbro.

That's the same gummy peg bs I dealt with my Spirit. They (hasbro customer service)gave me a 4 yr old road block figure to compensate me.

I’m going to be honest, the QC issues are pushing me out of classified. Vala has spoiled us by actually addressing issues while Hasbro shrugs. It’s been a year or more with bendy guns and they just mentioned it as an issue this week. Smdh.
As for this set, I was around when the original con set was released. Thought the Crimson viper was interesting but that was it. I passed on it.
At this point the cobras I have are in Springfield and occasionally work as mercenaries for Karak. Lol.

Do you think Hasbro is handpicking samples for the no offence "bigger" reviewers as with the Crimson AV no1 had problems but on the tank forum and the smaller reviewers all calling out the QC problems. If that is the case even more reason to avoid the bigger guys.

Brother call hasbro and have them send you a new one. You'll get to keep both. I always always always hold hasbro accountable for their products. I received two range vipers with broken legs. Hasbro doesn't carry them though because they are exclusive to Walmart so they sent me random other Joe products. But I guess it is at least something I just still want my Range Vipers 😢

Seriously the GI Joe QC is the worst.
I sorta accepted it until I got a Marvel Legends Wolverine few days ago; I don't collect ML. It's perfect. No paint miss, joints are tight but smooth unlike GI Joes that have stiff AF joints that you just can't move without heating them up.
Being a misb collector....I rarely have QC issues. Lol.. partly Why I am.
The QC issues are just not being addressed. I really don't get it. I have zero trust in their products by now. Not worth my hard earned dollars. I love the Joes as a property, but unfortunately, I can't invest in this line anymore. For the sake of those who stick with the line, get your act together Hasbro.
