I'm very excited that I understand almost everything without trouble, even without looking at hanzi. I can't wait to fully dip into hsk2! I'm not a very fast or consistent learner and I struggle to keep myself accountable, so even though it isn't much, the fact that I reached this stage despite everything makes me happy
Omg this is incredible! I don’t like reading the textbook I get bored so easily this is the PERFECT substitute for me plus it helps with pronunciation and memorising
The direct English translation is really nice. This video is useful as comprehensible input because I can listen and understand most of it by studying only 150 vocabulary words. Thanks very much!

The best method is to translate English in Chinese Structure, not in Eng structure which reverse the sentences. I learn both the nouns, verbs and grammar all at one. SMart.

It depends on the context as the ”在” in他没在看书 can be omitted. The passage is talking about something happening right now, so we translated to present continuous tense :)
When it's a person after the pronouns, "的” is optional, such as 我妈妈，我老师，我朋友，我同学 😊 the sentences are all from the textbook called "HSK 1 standard course", you can double check there too!
Does anybody know any good resources or techniques for practicing speaking and writing? I can read this comfortably, but I'd be unable to think how to say or even write some of it.
