1:43 RF (5foot9) described as "one of the bigger guys" :D In general, CF should equalize the work done by the athletes. For example, every snatch by Shaq O'Neal would mean twice as much work as a snatch by Josh Bridges, so in a fair competition, the latter should do twice as many reps. The sled push is a good example of a fair contest.
Better to balance different exercises that advantage shorter vs taller athletes, I would think. Strongman exercises like pig flips/sleds are better for bigger athletes whereas gymnastic exercises or olympic lifts benefit shorter athletes.
Some great workouts in this year's competition. They need to run some of these back.
it is so funny to see these guy struggle with 10 HSPU they have come a long way, as has Crossfit in general. i wish i had found Crossfit back then.

In today's standard, Josh will fail, and yes, he did fail in 2017 and 2018.
Todays standard is aukward and a disadvantage for people like he, Jacop Hepner, and others with little arms
