You'll be stronger and feel better and because you started so young and have a good body building foundation, you'll be really badass

There’s no rule in CrossFit ? Not trying to be a troll or anything. For example deadlifts. They slam the weight down so it can bounce up and use that momentum for next. Or the muscle ups. Swinging their body to get up.
Yeah, Crossfit's never had any real standards. When you watch these 'competitions' it's almost like everyone is doing the exercise differently. Just looking at this video you got people doing 'one legged squats', but putting their second foot down before they have fully extended up, muscle ups without proper elbow extension etc. etc.
Such a foolish sport. I wonder what the injury rate is in Cross Fit as compared to powerlifting. Cross Fit; where instead of lifting heavy we lift everything too fast and with bad technique. How have injuries not plagued this stuff?
