Father Garcia is a buck while Michael davies is a goat, father garcia being a deer is supposed to kind of parallel how michael hunts and kills/eats deer, deer are also a bit of a spiritual animal so there's also that.
Michael being a goat is partially a reference to his voice line: QUE TE COJAN MIL CABRAS! but it's also due to goats being somewhat of a satanic figure.
I have other ideas for animals that may represent some of the other characters. THIS IS NOT AN AU BY THE WAY i just think using animals to represent characters is fun
