I think yui is so in love with tamahome because she also felt Miaka's emotions as well as her pains when she was reading the book back in toyko, so the feelings she felt were really Miaka's but yui doesn't know that she confused them with her own and internalized them
She does like him a lot, as said, attractive guy like tamahome is unapproachable rare in their real world. But she also said she would have stepped back if t chose m. The hatred changed her heart. Anyway she could feel uncomfortable as in their world yui is much more attractive to guys. Even the gangsters chose to kidnap yui over m.
Not only that but in love for her story, because everyone in the suzaku land was good to her(except for some bandits etc) While for Yui was a nightmare, even for Nakago his life was really bad compared to Tamahome.
Yes you're right. There's a lot of reasons why Yui changed a lot in this series. As I watch this over and over, somehow I can sympathize with what happened to her just as Tamahome told her. Aside for the emotions she felt while reading the book, as she said, she was jealous with Miaka. Aside the nightmare she experienced unlike Miaka who had it quite easy unlike her, she also felt betrayed and manipulated. And like she explained during the last few episodes, she was also jealous with the attention Miaka gave to Tamahome. She thought the reason was Tamahome, and not her. And she felt like no one tried to save her. She tried seeking the attention and protection to the wrong people. And let them eat her kind heart away.
I think that Yui is not actually envious of Miyaka but she is envious of Tamahome. Because she thinks that Tamahome is more important to Miyaka than she is to her. What she has to Tamahome is only a silly crush that she mistook for love because that blonde hunk malipulated her into hating her best friend. And her jealousy of Tamahome for Miyaka just adds fuel to the fire.
Rica Mhaye Gomez While I agree what you said about Yui being jealous of Tamahome , I don’t agree with the point you made about Yui not being jealous of Miaka It’s quite obvious that she’s jealous of Miaka mainly because she had a better experience in the book world, while Miaka had the Suzako’s and Tamahome to protect her, Yui had no one, Yui fell in love with Miaka’s adventure in the book world and loved the bond that she shared with her warriors and Tamahome to the point that she wished that she was the priestess of Suzako Yui is jealous and resents Tamahome and the Suzako’s for taking Miaka from her which is why she was so determined to take Miaka out of the book world but she’s also envious of Miaka because everyone loves her ( she admits this in the manga) she’s jealous of her relationship with Tamahome and her warriors But the one person that she loves most of all is Miaka Yui is just a mess of feelings

MixBloodChild she was only 15 and from a well protected background. But going through such sufferings and humiliation, +betrayal (she assumed) by bff who she sacrificed herself for, + mesmerizing man like nakago, her behavior is not that unnatural. However, that’s why she isn’t that loved as m, because m would never hold grudges even if some1 hurts her like that.
i can understand why yui's pissed tho, i mean nakago was being pretty psychologically abusive towards her. she also heard miaka and tamahome at the wroooong time and it probably made her think that miaka only came back for tamahome and not her. still she didnt have to try to kill miaka tho hahahahaha
there's no way that yui could've ended up becoming the priestess of suzaku because in the first episode it was miaka who saw suzaku's shilouette not yui. suzaku chose miaka to be it's priestess and that's that. u.u
Demon Illusions yui becoming a witch is a mistake. Witches should have come in 1 by 1. Plus they should be kind, loving, forgiving and sacrificing like m and the previous 2. Yui is the only one holding hatred and wanting to hurt others. She didn’t endeavor to look for the warriors. But of course u can blame nakago; he can mesmerize women easily.
In all these time Miyaka only cared about food and her best friend but now that Tamahome is with Miyaka it was a big shock to Yui and she got jealous. She ended up all alone in a world she didn’t know, thought she was raped and went into a deep depression and tried to take her own life (hence the scar) and was manipulated by Nakago who pretended to care about her to use her status in his benefit. And then when her best friend came back she was happy and relieved only to find out she only came back for some guy she met for a few days. And not her. God poor Yui
She is resentful to miaka because the situations always favor miaka. Miaka is Childlike, careless, and she warm with people she make friends easily. I think Yui is smart, logical.
damn those kiss is the most unforgetable scene for me... its been 9 years but everytime i remember fushigi yuugi that scene always flash back to my mind
I can understand Yui being pissed and all to a certain level of extent. But to the point of wanting to kill your best friend who you've known since you were a little child is pathetic and despicable! She may have heard the wrong thing at the wrong time. But how tf can she be in love with Tamahome??? Did she fall in love with his character when she was reading the book?
If you remember yui was the first one to read the book when miaka was in it, their only connection was the uniforms they wore, and whatever happens to the priestess happens to her, so if miaka fell for tamahome so would yui.the moment they switched and yui was in the book miaka was unaware that yui was in the book, and lost her connection to yui when she changed her clothes. So her feeling are stuck, her hatred increased as she thought miaka abandoned her even more that miaka's fate was luckier than her. Miaka found her protector and gained friends along her journey and fell in love, also her feelings were returned by tamahome. but on yui's she was alone lost contact with miaka and misfortune came to her until nakago appeared. I watched the series till the final ova even in the manga...just keep watching, you may hate her now but deep down she still cared for miaka.
+dolly l Yui doesn't have my sympathy at all. I will not empathize with someone who is capable of tormenting their friend. Not just any friend, someone who she has know since pre school age. That's not just your friend, that's your family. I could understand Yui's confusion or doubt if she barely knew Miaka. But this was someone she has know her while entire life! How dare let herself be brought down and tempted. Vulnerable she was but that just goes to show she was *always* jealous of Miaka. They were never truly friends. If not more than just mere classmates; acquaintances. You do not betray your family for anyone, you do not sell out you family even for the devil himself. Which is Nakago, and neither should do this to *ANYONE* that is close to you. Those who sympathize with her have either betrayed a loved, never experienced, or just aren't as absorbed in the characters. She was cruel and brutal. I wouldn't forgive her *MANY* years. But get that's just anime heroines, as the forgiver and apparently never the pretenders.
+Shannon G the thing i remember about yui is, she had intended to hurt her but never kill, nakago did all that for himself, pretty much the cruel and brutal part was all nakago, he played her using her permission to do whatever. I'm not defending yui here or ask to reconsider feeling sorty for her, but just watch the whole anime, believe me she is a lot different in the later and in the ova, spoiler: she is also a godmother to miaka's child with a reincarnated tamahome in the real world;)
+dolly l Ahhhh...but I already watched the whole anime, minus the ovas. But I really can't care Yui as previously stated. Nakago did his part and so did Yui. The fact that she particpated and helped him won't change. She knew Nakago's intentions to kill (if I remember correctly) and yet she allowed him to pursue. She doubted her friend and didn't truly believe in her. That's *one* of the reasons...(no pun intended) she went over to the dark side. Also I did know about Miaka and Tamahome lol...there is always wiki. That and plenty of other spoiler comments.
In the first episode, she and Miaka were sucked up into the Book...And at that time, both of them met Tamahome and at the same time too, they fell in love at first sight with him...
***** Yeah but she should of asked since she came in and over heard something half way. If anything her friend risked her life trying to get there to find her, even lying to tamahome. When Miaka found out what happened she was gonan even sacrifice her feelings for him just to help yui out after finding out. Miaka isnt that bad at all, Yui just should of had heart to heart convo and told her what happened. Miaka genuinely cares about her.
***** I honestly don't think you paid attention to the anime enough, and youre basically telling me that Miaka is at fault when honestly its Yui, she didnt even try to give Miaka a chance to talk even if you dont believe them, ask them what happened, which is nagako getting all in her head for one. Two I'm not going to dis or down Miaka for Falling in Love, they're both 15 year old girls, and you basically sounding like you'll blame her just because she had a thing for tamahome and loved him. You're forgetting that she tricked and ran away from him when trying to get to Yui. It had nothing to do with the shinzhou you're on about. She wanted to get Yui and get out, thats why she went there alone, not for some whatever the fuck it is. I'm not going to make a long rant on this. If I was in her place, personally, yes, I'd be hurt and upset and yada yada, but i'd given the person to atleat speak for themselves and tell me all that happened, when they finally were there, after so long. And I damn sure wouldnt be that cold off the front especially only after hearing about how strongly they were attached to each other. Yeah Miaka said that shit, that Yui happen to overhear the wrong way, but. She said it herself in one of the episodes of like 15 or something. That even if he wasn't there, she'd of came to get Yui. Cause that's her best friend. She thought alot about Yui and worried alot about her in the few hours she was back at home, she thought of Tamahome too, yes, but that IS FINE, that wasnt her WHOLE reason, it was to find Yui cause she things Yui must of been sucked out to bring her back, and it started to make sense to her. That is why she setted her heart out to go find Yui, despite meeting tamahome again. Sure she was happy to see him again, they fell further, but she isnt truly distracted. She was even willing to get rid of him or be distant to try to get and make thing right with Yui, cause her friend said i love him also, even though that's not even fair, that my friend cant be happy for me, just because some bad event happened to you dont mean take the whole world out on me, is how I'd of seen it. I am upset, mad at myself and hurt about wht happened to my friendif it was me, but to not give me room to talk and act likea spoiled bitch, especially just because I have someone, No. It's not like me and the other girl was doing or had a thing for each other. So dont ask me the obvious please, im sure tons of people can voluche, im not gonna reply to these anymore though cause the story itself its understood just fine. Miaka damn sure isnt a bad person for Loving tamahome. And If you mean all she cared about is tamahome and retreiving him while he was there, then duh, they're on enemy grounds and Yui wont talk to her as long as shes there, so she was using her brain, even when she tried to talk she got water thrown in her face. Yeah no dude. Miaka blames herself when its not even her fault, she didnt know anything about the link only working while both was wearing she also didnt know how time flowed there according to her own world TILL she returned. NOR DID she know WHAT HAPPENED TO HER, TILL Tasutskun showed her! She's not at fault here and she doesnt feel justified she actually blames herself, and is sad her friend is sad. So don't down talk her just cause shes trying to be happy wth someone. Like seriously I hate that shit, and people do it in rl, just becaues they cant have something like that or whatever the fuck, they cant be happy their friend or family member has it and that their so and so should lose it cause of all that's happened to them. The fact youre talking that you didnt pay ANY attention to the fact she said even if tamahome wasn't here at all or didnt exist, I'd of came back, came back for you cause youre my best friend! Rewatch the anime. Is all I can say. Don't get me wrong, ive not gotten further than ep 25 yet, but, I have no thought that Miaka is at fault, she tried her best and is going through alot too which Yui doesnt know to much about. I end my rant. Thanks for readin g but no more bs comments about stuff that doesnt really make any sense to me and alot of fans, cause they all dislike Yui cause there's no excuse. They know whats happened to her is wrong but logic wise, she's more in the wrong for not even trying to let her best friend speak for herself. It's like he hearing a friend wrong about something and thinking wrongly of them the whole damn time, and then BAM, they hate me, wont even explain to me why, when I find out why I feel so hurt about it but I cant even tell them what happens on my end cause the WONT STFU and let me speak and give me a chance, making it hard to speak to them wehn they flat out decide to hate me OVER WORDS they happen to walk in and over hear, and instead of talking things out, meand them like they care to understand better even after being so hurt, they assume shit, and make an ass out of themselves and fuck me over in the process, cause they're so fucked up in the head from what happened. I mean obviously in yui's case she didnt care enough to tell her friend what happened, she said it was nothing. So literally.. enough of this crap. I'd of been so mad at my friend telling me that shit is nothing. Enough of the bs, and just to each your own on views, cause I dont beleive them, though I appreciate you attempting to make your opinion, but dude, alots and I mean lots could disagree. And if I had a friend like her, I'd be more than disappointed in her for that shit, and so fucking angry. Yui should be more mature than that, although I am still really upset that had happen to her, although if I Was Yui, common sense, that maybe my friend Miaka didnt know I had to be swallowed up ( if i was yui in her point of view ) for Miaka to be able to leave the book, cause that looks like its what happened, and Miaka didnt know it either or she'd of went back right away somehow with packed up stuff. She had to sorta figure it out some how. Anywho, im done.
***** Well, to each their own, I already explained things, and I dont think anyone agrees with your point of view. Sure its tramautizing, I already said im sure it is, but you cant fight fire with fire. You should still give room to let the person talk for themselves if you even "LOVE" them, not want them dead. Sure call me "Immature" But youre just as immature for taking up for someone who you say that just because they went through something so horrible, they have the right to hurt someone whose been there for them through kindgegarden, that's like saying if my family fucked me over and leaved me to die, even though they've been there since i was a little kid, I have the right to turn against them and kill them. Nah man. She basically assumed EVERYTHING, and not allowed anyone a chance to talk. That's all i'm saying, so she did things wrong too.
All of you are questioning how Yui likes Tamahome. Think back to the earlier episodes. Before Miyaka went back to her world. Yui could feel everything that Miyaka felt. And that means love, too.
Okay wtf is WRONG with Yui. First of all, three months? For Miaka, it was only a few hours! How da eff was she supposed to realize that and put two and two together, when she'd just gone through all sorts of crap!? Second, Yui didn't get Miaka out of the book either, Miaka figured it out herself. Third, you try to kill your best friend....because she's in love with someone? And why is Yui even in love with Tamahome? What, did she fevelop a storybook crush on him, and even so, was it strong enough that she wanted to KILL miaka? Fourth, Miaka would NEVER do that. Yui is just being selfish and stupid.... Gosh, poor Miaka.....Yui is so mean >:(
+Sreya Vannappagari the reason why yui was in love with tamahome was because remember what ever happens to the priestess of suzaku also happens to the one who is reading the book and remember that part when miaka fell in love with tamahome well yui read that part so yeah
everthing you said was true, but a dont know what writter was thinking when wrote the story so...u will just have to deal with it😉 but i must say this is real the coolest drama ever😊
+Greta Skinner did you read the manga? This and genbu kaiden? Both are different but are real good, too bad they don't have byakko's story which was suzuno and tatara
9:18 to 11:24; Whoooooooooooooooo that kiss between Miaka and Tamahomeeee... Esp when Tamahome expresses his love to Miaka... I think this book makes Miaka and Yui really "destined" to be against each other, because the time between when Nakago warned Yui not to trust Miaka and when Yui caught Miaka's telling that seeing Tamahome again is the only reason she came back here in the book happened so coincidentally...So, even though I still can't believe how could Yui be mean to her since-childhood best friend, Miaka, I can understand why Yui became upset besides Nakago was to blame over brainwashing her...
I kinda feel sorry for Yui to say the truth, I mean she thought that Miaka came all the way back to find Her but then she heard Miaka and the guy talking( sorry haven't memorized all the name yet) So Yui heard Miaka said that Miaka actually came back for that guy and not her. Thats just sad
I love the first kiss scene between Tamahome and Miaka at 8:48... but I'm probably the only person commenting on that instead of Yui's betrayal and Tamahome going berserk.
@@maribelarboleda5603 | Y'know, the music box was an addition to the anime. The manga didn't have it, as instead of opening it, he went straight for Miaka's lips. More glittery background in the manga, though, making it a Big Damn Kiss. (Sorry if this is late.)
I feel so bad for yui... The only one she had was Miaka... Being a traitor isn't a good option but she was literally depressed with the slit and being raped upon arriving... And knowing What Miaka said...
How can she love tamahome more than miaka?! She hasn't been there in that world spending time finding the 7 celestial warriors, but been reading the book until 3 months ago
THANK you. Why does no one seems to process this when judging Yui's actions later in the series? Plus there's the fact that it's never really been about Tamahome. It was always about Miaka and Yui feeling as if she'd been replaced.
In a part of me, I feel sympathy for Yui. For Miaka, everything was handed to her on a silver platter. A hot, loyal boy, a fucking emperor who gives her the promise of becoming an empress, and is basically is worship. The only times when she suffer was when Nuriko was acting like a total bitch to her, and when she literally stabbed herself to get out a fucking mirror. Both problems were easily resolved like it was nothing. Meanwhile, Yui has been basically tortured in this world, only to be saved a big blonde asshole who only wants to use her to fight against the another empire. However, she's a stupid ass bitch who is betraying her friend who is risking her ass to rescue her's. Fuck, Miaka didn't want to return, until this bitch convince her to. Also (and this piss me off so much) her love for Tamahome only came about through her connections with Miaka when she was in Wonderland. And now Yui actually thinks that she truly loves him? Really Yui, really? You are not going to betray your friend, but also act like you own Tamahome's ass? Bitch, please!
Oh the surface it seems like that. But you have to remember at this point in time that Yui had believed she was brutally raped, attempted suicide and Nakago had used his superior skills in manipulation to toy with her for his own will. She was a 15 year old, vulnerable girl that went through a lot of shit, and still has a lot of shit to go through.
Their english dubbing kinda grew on me, but still like the japanese version, tamahome's voice actor midorikawa hikaru had more depth in being tamahome, especially when he says aishteru to miaka
So now they're enemies WTF? By the way did anybody else get a seizure when watching breaking through the barrier scene? I didn't but there was so much flashing I had look away.
The first time i watch this (years ago), I thought this episode was like halfway of the whole season! So many things happened and it's only on the 10th episode 😭😭
Seriously, Yue? You're the smartest girl back home, and you go on and on about your intellect, but THIS is what you do? THIS is the level you would stoop too? You REALLY think Miaka would LEAVE you?
Nakago: "Very impressive, but there is still no way a warrior of Suzaku can breech the warded barrier." *screen suddenly shows Chichiri who got pass the barrier* + *Tamahome slowly pushing through to get to Nakago* Suzaku: Say that again btch?
haha when I first saw this at age 14 I laughed at all the comedy and was on the edge of my seat during the dramatic parts. Now I laugh at all the dramatic parts! In some ways this series doesn't age well, but its still enjoyable, only in new ways. WE ARE LEAVING!!! LMAO!
Yui,wtf is wrong with you.You know that it wasn't 3 months in your world and what would Miaka be doing in that town if she wasn't looking for you.Just Miaka confessing to Tamahome and then she's your enemy.
She said the whole reason she came back to the world was because she couldn't forget about Tamahome amd wanted to be with him. That can easily be misunderstood.
Well, miyaka told Tamahome that the only reason she came back was because she couldn't forget him. That kind of confession leads to the thought that she never really cam back for her friend Yuu but mainly for Tamahome.
But Miaka still risked her life and went all alone to that town. What else eould she be doing in a place she knows nothing about if she wasn't looking for Yui and besides Yu being Miaka's best friend should be happy that Miaka is in love,Yui should just be happy for Miaka and grateful that she came to rescue her.She should think of that first before hating your best friend from childhood.
Lily White you didn't know what kind of suffer yui had .. . just imagine your yui.. and you all heard about the confession of miaka. she only said that the only thing she get back is to see him again.. she didn't mentioned about to find her best friend.. of course not only for tamahome.....
I think yui is so in love with tamahome because she also felt Miaka's emotions as well as her pains when she was reading the book back in toyko, so the feelings she felt were really Miaka's but yui doesn't know that she confused them with her own and internalized them
Damn gurl...you fine

While I agree what you said about Yui being jealous of Tamahome , I don’t agree with the point you made about Yui not being jealous of Miaka
It’s quite obvious that she’s jealous of Miaka mainly because she had a better experience in the book world, while Miaka had the Suzako’s and Tamahome to protect her, Yui had no one, Yui fell in love with Miaka’s adventure in the book world and loved the bond that she shared with her warriors and Tamahome to the point that she wished that she was the priestess of Suzako
Yui is jealous and resents Tamahome and the Suzako’s for taking Miaka from her which is why she was so determined to take Miaka out of the book world but she’s also envious of Miaka because everyone loves her ( she admits this in the manga) she’s jealous of her relationship with Tamahome and her warriors
But the one person that she loves most of all is Miaka
Yui is just a mess of feelings
Yep
Yes that's true. And also the emotions she felt while she's reading the book. She was experiencing Miaka's emotions and thought it was hers.

I agree erin.

Yui literally betrayed Miaka because she wasn't the only reason MIAKA came back.
PeanutButterSandwichGirls such a nice friend huh
Tamahome is really in the love mode

It doesn't matter if you spelt it wrong
As a kid I hated Yui for what she did to Miaka, but rewatching this as an adult made me realize how tragic of a character she was.
The music box playing during their kiss is my ringtone :) can't get it out of my head, i just had to record it

@@ShanyShannon lol yui was a 15 year old child who was raped and felt abandoned. Grow up. They’re both victims
Chichiri: OH SHUT!!!
Tamahome: That's a pun, right?
Chichiri then smacks Tamahome.
*"Gyih!"*
How did Yui fall in love with Tamahome when she doesn't even know him?! Including the fact she knew about the relationship when reading the book!
In the first episode, she and Miaka were sucked up into the Book...And at that time, both of them met Tamahome and at the same time too, they fell in love at first sight with him...
lemondrop02 yeah!! Weird
I think it's the same how she felt pain when Miaka was hurt. She maybe experienced the same emotions for Tamahome while she was reading the book?
Well Damn! I fell in love with Tomohome and I'm not even in the anime...let alone the book. LOL
Miaka's Brother was like reading Manga! 😂 Wth like his own sister isn't there! 😂
Oh my sisters about to die I shall not even show a tear
His mind: damn this manga good
rain, a dark room, music box, and the kiss, love it :) it's ironic that the music box play's yui's song, called "i wish", she has a good voice though
Every episode featuring Chichiri is automatically getting a like from me
No da
Yui has one faded scar and she keeps saying "You don't the pain i felt" BITCH PLEASE! MIAKA HAS BEEN HURT MORE THEN YOU!
Miaka blames herself when its not even her fault, she didnt know anything about the link only working while both was wearing
she also didnt know how time flowed there according to her own world TILL she returned.
***** I can agree with this.
Should really finish the anime before you try and make a point. 2 years though, sure you've realized how stupid your comment is. Lol.
Besides yui ended up with tetsuya in the final ova
everthing you said was true, but a dont know what writter was thinking when wrote the story so...u will just have to deal with it😉
but i must say this is real the coolest drama ever😊
+Greta Skinner did you read the manga? This and genbu kaiden? Both are different but are real good, too bad they don't have byakko's story which was suzuno and tatara
+dolly l Fushigi Yûgi Byakko Ibun confirmed last year 2015 :P Started being produced in February 2015
9:18 to 11:24; Whoooooooooooooooo that kiss between Miaka and Tamahomeeee...
Esp when Tamahome expresses his love to Miaka...
I think this book makes Miaka and Yui really "destined" to be against each other, because the time between when Nakago warned Yui not to trust Miaka and when Yui caught Miaka's telling that seeing Tamahome again is the only reason she came back here in the book happened so coincidentally...So, even though I still can't believe how could Yui be mean to her since-childhood best friend, Miaka, I can understand why Yui became upset besides Nakago was to blame over brainwashing her...
i gotta say their relationship was strong! xD
Chichiri's "you know" IS SO LOVABLE AND SHIT!!! I FELL INLOVE WITH THAT YOU KNOW! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH💕💕 NOW I'M INLOVE WITH THEM ALL... UGHH
OH MY GOD WHAT JUST HAPPENED I SEE THEM KISS THIS IS SO MY DREAM I LOVE THE ANIME.THIS MY FAVE
The only reason Yui loves him is because of the spell on the book.
Chichiri- oh shut!!!
Tama- That's a pun right?
Katie Klapper ii
I don't get it. XD
wow some friend Yui is.
omg.... tamahome nd miaka r so adorable....
Yes they r
Tamahome went super saiyan 👏👏👏👏
_BlueberryFrisk_ 😂😂😂
Its funny how she brings up the general having blue eyes and blonde hair but doesn't yui have blonde hair?
This is late but, yui came from her world.
I love that song when Tamahome and Miaka kiss
I kinda feel sorry for Yui to say the truth, I mean she thought that Miaka came all the way back to find Her but then she heard Miaka and the guy talking( sorry haven't memorized all the name yet) So Yui heard Miaka said that Miaka actually came back for that guy and not her. Thats just sad
Sis or bro listen his name is tamahome or I have to say my love tamahome 💖
Still doesn't mean its okay for yui to do all she does as the series goes on...miaka came back for yui and him both
TOMAHOME WENT SUPER SAIYAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS THE BEST FREAKING ANIME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hannah Grace, second. InuYasha is first.
Oh, come on. Everyone knows Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is the best!
Not that I haven't fallen in love with Fushigi Yūgi, myself!
@@aziminshanali4793 yeah ,Inoyasha is the best 👌
But tamahome is more handsome than inoyasha
I love how Tamahome would go all lengths for Miaka. I wish someone would be like that for me, too :P
the power of damn love.
Tamahome was like "this isn't even my final form"
Yeah!
17:40 MASSIVE EXPLOSION. Dude, Chichiri's like wicked powerful. I'd say like Goku at the end of Dragon Ball level of power
Yui, Yui, you should have trusted Miaka more. Even if you’re jealous you don’t treat your friends that way.
LMAO THE CRYING ANIMATION I CAN'T BREATHE
Sparkly tears
I love the first kiss scene between Tamahome and Miaka at 8:48... but I'm probably the only person commenting on that instead of Yui's betrayal and Tamahome going berserk.
Agree plus the romantic piano music..
@@maribelarboleda5603 | Y'know, the music box was an addition to the anime. The manga didn't have it, as instead of opening it, he went straight for Miaka's lips.
More glittery background in the manga, though, making it a Big Damn Kiss.
(Sorry if this is late.)
I recorded that part in my vhs tape when it was aired in axn almost 20 years ago😁
@@dollyl5596 | Aww...
Lot of things happened in one episode and I like it!
Tbh Nakago is the one to blame, not Yui..Just saying.....
The Kutou Emperor
Favorite lines of the episode;
-door to seiryu's shrine slams shut-
Chichiri: Oh... Shut! >·<

This scene 8:49 . Their fist kiss , and their most unforgettable place is in Kouto Palace . What a long first kiss 😘
This anime will remain top of my one of the best. Still can't getover.
Don't mess with his girl!!
Any 1 else thinks the "ya know" guy is very attractive cause I do 😝
His name is chichii
I have never been this attached to an anime before, i am yelling at my computer, and pounding on my desk. This is so a great anime.
20:28 chichiri opened his eye!!!
The mask fell off
Wow this is so perfect movie to watch ❤️️💋🙀😽🤕😢😅
chichiri: ahh!! SHUT!!
tamahome: that's a pun, right?
chichiri: *WHACK*
XD XD XD XD
I feel so bad for yui... The only one she had was Miaka... Being a traitor isn't a good option but she was literally depressed with the slit and being raped upon arriving... And knowing What Miaka said...
18:46 - 19:27
19:55 - 20:14
these scenes can seriously cause seizures. this is definitely the worst thing since the Porygon incident
It was always about Miaka and Yui feeling as if she'd been replaced.
i feel kinda sorry for the general, if you read the manga and his back story its really tear jerking
Yeah right, a best friend who became the best enemy.
yep that was super saiyan transformation that I just witnessed
i love the scene in this episode which begin in 9:02-11:22 !
You know it's serious business when a squinty-eyed anime character widens his eyes.
Curious Play.... Will always be my all time favorite Anime Serial🥰
Oh god!!! XD oh shut omg and tamas response then the kick!
tamahome looked like he was going super seiyen for a minute there. X3
We’re guys screaming makes you stronger logic
its 6am for me
:( I cant stop watching :O
13:08 Am I the only one who was like YASSSSS when he said "that was a pun right?)
Oh God, the dub was so bad at first though. I guess I understand, they had limited resources.
choclatebooks they had two english voice actors, in the final ova it was kakashi hatake’s va
Omg I love Tamahome & Miaka together!!!!
So now they're enemies WTF? By the way did anybody else get a seizure when watching breaking through the barrier scene? I didn't but there was so much flashing I had look away.
I’m I the only one that doesn’t see the scar ? 😂😂
Same thoughts. She had good brain but tainted heart.
Oooh I get it. Since outside the book, yui could feel what miyaka feels so as much as miyaka likes tamahome she always likes him then
i actually used to hate yui back when i saw this when i was a kid. but now i kinda felt bad for her. still, she did a pretty bad move there
wow..... yui would do this bc of some boy she read about for like 3 hrs at the most?
OH SHUT!!! That was suppose to be a pun right? Hahah well it gets me every time.
Nakago: "Very impressive, but there is still no way a warrior of Suzaku can breech the warded barrier."
*screen suddenly shows Chichiri who got pass the barrier* + *Tamahome slowly pushing through to get to Nakago*
Suzaku: Say that again btch?
I watch this episode all the time just for 17-19:30
i love this show 💞
The sound when Miaka is whimpering makes me embarrassed, then my parents asked me what I saw on the screen.
20:20 That moment when you realize Chichiri is actually hella fine 👌
Damn it miaka you should’ve spoken up and clarified yourself when yui said she just came back for bro
haha when I first saw this at age 14 I laughed at all the comedy and was on the edge of my seat during the dramatic parts. Now I laugh at all the dramatic parts! In some ways this series doesn't age well, but its still enjoyable, only in new ways. WE ARE LEAVING!!! LMAO!
Woah Yui betrayed her friend over a guy she met once.. wtf
❤the back music on the fight scenes is great in this anime
Oh. Yeah that makes sense. Thanks for explaining :D
I love it
That golden head hunk is not the one to entirely blame on yui should have had more trust in miaka
DON'T FREAKIN' TELL ME THERE'S GONNA BE A LOVE TRIANGLE! THERE'S ALWAYS A LOE TRIANGLE IN EVERYTHING THESE DAYS!!! :(
