So when the Rohtang Tunnel opens up, it is going to change Lahaul forever... How do you think the government and the people can come together to promote the right kind of tourism in the region..?
The current beauty of the place will be lost for sure - but then regulating how many people get to visit at a certain time I feel that will preserve Lahaul a bit more longer. Damn I thought it was some CGI clip from Lord of the Rings you put there in the middle! 😍😍
I won't regret if I fail to visit Lahaul in my lifetime but I'll be, definitely, devasted to see this amazing place become just another urban Manali. Eco-tourism should be the only way.
Well, that is a mesmerising place, thank you for sharing with us Ronnie. I can agree to the fact that no camera can do the justice of those mighty mountains. But you did a fantastic job of capturing those. Never ever have I seen anyone capturing those mighty mountains as you did. So, to attract the right kind of tourism, first of all, to strictly ban plastic use as much as possible for the visitors. I hope this region develops more and more, but not at the cost of its natural beauty and serenity.
Hi , i am currently in Lahaul, i would love to see that mountain but can't find Tinnau anywhere on maps or Google can you please share the coordinates ?
It is better that it is untouched, otherwise it will loose it's beauty.
Sanchari Paria it will remain that way cause of our constitution ... check schedule 5 which protects all tribal lands and their culture from outside influence ... Lahaul spiti falls under that ...🙂✌️
@@RonnieandBarty wow that's a great information.. It's great to hear that government sometime take good decision..
@@sanchariparia3938, now ladhakhis are asking the government to bring schedule 5 and 6 which protects tribal rights. It's already in force in many states and entire North Eastern states. Ladhakh was already protected by article 370. Now they're worried too.
@@phuntsokangrup3871 yes government should look after this because huge numbers of tourists visit ladakh every year..
@@sanchariparia3938 so they can go anywhere for jobs and we can't even buy a small piece of land to build a hut so we can chill in the summers and enjoy the beauty of the place which is protected under the constitution guarded by our soldiers paid by our taxes?
Ronnie I must admit that I have binge watched all your vlogs including soul trails ...zanskar... you are doing some great filming and exploration work.
I love that drone shot where you and barty walk on the corner edge of the cliff towards Phuktal Gompa, watched it like 20times.
I have always craved for a life in the mountains, you are so blessed to be living there.
I will one day meet you up there in the mountains.
Much love and power to you!!!
5.41 to 5.48 is what my childhood dreams were made of. Majestic lush mountains with a river swirling around in the valley. Oh my god!!! This was a beautiful and breathtaking treat to eyes and soul. More love, power, peace and cheers to you guys 😍❤️keep up the amazing work🙌🏻
I started watching your videos yesterday and from then on I have been recommending and sharing this channel to all my friends, and each one of them is amazed by your content. The quality that this videos are offering is beyond amazing. I really hope that this channel grows to be one of the biggest on RUclips because you deserve so much more.
Arnab Saikia Thankyou Arnab for those kind words ... makes our day ..🙂 “aap ke mooh mein ghee shakkar “ 🙂🙏🏼✌️
Thank you Ron showing me places I've never been to and prob never will in this lifetime but after watching your show and your musicality peaked my interest. I was a professional drummer for over 50yrs been lucky seeing the world through my music. You can find some of the work I've done with a band called the October Cherries (60-70's) here on RUclips. Hope we can be friends and stay in touch I live in Singapore
hey Ronnie and obviously Barty , must say there is something in your vlogs which makes me smile everytime i go through them ...and i cannot ecen explain how much i am eager to meet you ...
What an amazing blog and personality! I am himachali too, living abroad. I have never been to Lahul Spiti besides rohtang pas when i was really young.
I am a fan and I think the govt should highlight people like you to spread awareness of this beautiful region that would rival Kashmir or even Switzerland easily.
But not at the cost of the nature of this pure land!
Thank you so much..! Help us spread the mountain love..! 😄🙏🏻🌟
@@RonnieandBarty Absolutely man. Such quality filmaking from my native state; I can't possibly miss the chance of sharing it and showing off Himachal 😉
This gives me immense pleasure as a himachali to see that someone has captured this place so beautifully.. thank you
Amazing channel found. Recently, I have been to Sissu and stayed there. You rightly said camera cannot do justice to beauty of this place. One has to experience it. Lucky u to have home there. 👍
I've never seen such a vlog. The music, the surreal valley, the green farms, the mountains all are just perfect beyond words. I can feel the goosebumps right here from home.
Atal tunnel to be inaugurated by end of September-2020. Hoping to visit soon after the pandemic ends !
The places shown in this vlog will be just an hours drive from manali town when you go through the tunnel.
Hi Ronnie, I recently subscribed to your channel and binge watching your videos is the best time I spend in these in-home days.
Your content and the way you present is just far better than any other vloggers out there.
One small request, I really want to enjoy your content in 4K quality if possible, that would be cherry on cake for us 😛. Please consider this request 🙏
Ronnie man whenever I watch yr Himachal vlogs since the start, I get goosebumps and every hair on my body tells me to go and settle there in Hills forever. But I know for us city folks it's possible.
06:35 Tunnel's ready now! Glad it'll make life much easier.
It will also make the place another Shimla, Manali and Mussoorie ... Sad!
Namaste bhai,,I live a long way from my home now on a boat in London, it fills me with so much joy and pride to watch and see your journey, and makes me a bit less homesick,,danyerbad..
Hey Folks, firstly, love your channel, content, music, everything!
I did stop by at Sissu on my Manali-Leh Journey, decided to not cycle for one day and just consume whatever landscape that I can while on this journey! It was definitely one of the toughest goodbyes!
Being from Himachal Pradesh I feel so annoyed with myself to have missed out on ure RUclips channel .. u got a new subscriber man ... fantastically captured this side of Himachal ..much love and appreciation your way 🤗🌷
Tunnel will open by next year , most likely end of 2020 , my dad is engineer in the tunnel.
and last season it started snowing from september and snowed till may nor april :-) , pretty tough life there.
Thankyou!! For showing Our country the way it Deserves.
Thanks for sharing video about wonderful place which we never know.
FOUND this channel too late
but I think you guys are the biggest indian vloggers of all time.
what a beautiful editing , dedication , timing is perfect 10/10
This channel is a hidden gem, y'all deserve all the support in the world.
This Barley ceremony is an old vedic tradition which was practiced thousand of years ago throughout North India. Preserved in Lauhaul spiti valley
who cares
Really???
@@waiataaroha well....it might not matter to you...but most people found it interesting to study upon how some common threads of cultural heritage binds all indians together.
@@waiataaroha We do!
I’m in love with his voice. Darn that’s soothing! ❤️❤️❤️
I moved to Uttarakhand back in September and in addition to the breathtaking views you have there, one HUGE benefit is being SO close to Himachal. Absolutely stunning valley panoramas, will have to visit Lahaul once before I die.
Hi Ronnie and barty! I have seen all your vlogs in a single day. They are beautifully made, very creative and there is a continuous flow like good book. So far I have seen you and your friends in nature surfing and adventure sports, but Dil maange more..need to see the daily life of the common people's of the mountains, their struggle and experience, their stories! Because we are fed up seeing the same typical everyday life of chasing the materialistic dreams. Let's go back to the basic, where time moves slow, ordinary people in a extraordinary environment. Expand your creative horizon in your way . Send some fresh air from the mountains. Ronnie , I think you are good man because it reflects in your eyes and voice. Also thumbs up to the creative genius behind the camera " barty". Please keep going. All the best..
siddhartha ghosh Thankyou Siddhartha for those kind words ... will keep doing what we do .. do share !! 🙂🙏🏼✌️
Ronnie bhai i like your personality & your work .I am proud to be Himachali that a Himachali boy like you makes the world's top class videos and puts it on RUclips.
Wow ... Himachal is truly God's abode. What a breathtakingly beautiful place ... I was in Lahaul in 2017, It's amazing.
Ricky Kha ur always welcome here 🙏🏼🙂✌️
Subscribed to your channel in the middle of this video because it was so wonderful, the mountains, the glaciers, the vibe. Everything. I live in Durgapur, West Bengal and after watching this video I just want to leave my place and spend some time in Lahaul. I hope Lahaul has homestays. Because next year or in the near future, I will be visiting. Thank you, Ronnie & Barty, for showing this wonderful place.
Roompa Mahato Thankyou for subscribing... yes pretty much all villages have basic level accommodation available... some hotels too ...do help us reach a wider audience audience 🙂🙏🏼✌️
@@RonnieandBarty Definitely. Already shared your video to my family and friends. 😊
I passed through Lahul and stayed one day at Keylong. I do wish to spend a few days in the Valley. But I do not know. I visited Manali in Sept. 80 for the first time. Yes, the place was like a small village.
Manh , took a while to find your channel on RUclips, but you guys are just amazing . Storytelling at its best .
Thank you for providing the viewers with such wonderful content .
Great to see Barty on screen 👌😁 she should do it more often.
Ronnie Lahaul is a magical valley, the summer tourism will surely grow but it has the potential of becoming the Top backcountry skiing Destination.
Keep up the good work 🙏🙏🙏
Yeah agreed totally great to see barty not being camera shy.. lol.. but the fact is the duo is lovely ans having both of you talk together is soo much fun.. dear barty you are awesome and and guys dont stop making content .. we love you.. coming to manali and spiti for 10 days next week.. will try catching up with many places you have been.. tc
hehehe... thanks guys... 😄🙏🏻🌟working on my on screen persona... hahahaa....
So true Pintu... there's so much potential for Lahaul to become a world class tourist destination... and now is the time for Lahaulis to come together and plan their future and steer it in the right direction... they need to think long term... otherwise it's gonna become a mess like Manali (bazaar side)
Oh my God.... What an amazing video... Such a beautiful place ❤❤
Thanks Ronnie... You are awesome
I feel the breeze even by watching it. Totally goosebumped. Thanks ronnie & Barty. I am from lahoul(tozing) but not even once visited it. Due to my dad's transferable jobs(army officer). Therefore less attached to my roots
We visit home (manali) once a year meeting all relatives and wrapping it up. I heard it from mamma about your channel back to my future I guess !!. Haven't seen it yet but I get the gist of your work
Also your grandmother's home gives us warmth 🏔

@@RonnieandBarty sir can you share this location.... Please... 🙏🙏🙏💗💗💗💗💐💐💐💐
So very Majestic and Absolutely Beautiful!!! I thank you for sharing your adventures in this manner. I have seen my own Country in all its Beauty...not all of course. But never anything that looked like this, or I may want to say, in a miniature way. Personally, as long as there is a good storage room that is cold and big...I think it would be a nice change to be that isolated. Could definitely get some good Soul searching and meditation in!
Ronnie, thanks for the vlog. Lahaul is a very scenic place and the glacier breaking away was a perfect bonus . Glad you captured a rare phenomena not many get to witness 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Nice to see Bhrati after a sudden departure in "Way Back Home" .. The episodes without her were missing the soul of the most amazing Solo Travelogue from an Indian / on India I have seen till date...
And finally the tunnel is about to be inaugurated. Our Beautiful Himachal.
The more I see your vlogs the more I fall in love with Himachal ❤️❤️😍😍
Thanks again for the lovely Lahaul view Ronnie & Barty

Beautiful countryside Lahaul..great vlog Ronnie. That stream shot before Sissu waterfall was just magical.. gotta go.. mountains are calling..!!
This is amazing! A different world. Or out of the world. Thank you so much
Came across this channel a week back. Possibly the best channel on Himachal vlogging. I've watched the Lahaul episode almost 10 times. Great work Ronnie & Barty.
I love your vlogs. I've seen your Way Back Home series and it is just pure awesome. I'm a Himachali too and seeing your videos I always feel like I'm going home. Keep coming up with such amazing stuff.
Your videos makes me feel happy in a way that I can't even describe... they inspire me a lot...glad to have you as a youtuber... please try to make more videos
Vaishali Thakur thank you Vaishali ... we’re working on more don’t worry ... do share 🙏🏼🙂✌️
Rohan could please share the Geo location of that favourite mountain of yours, whose glacial snout you showed ?
Lot of what u said strikes a chord, especially 'the journey being the destination' part ... Going into nooks of each location on the way ... Absorbing the place in such a manner that you are able to pull out the memories so vividly that you are able to revisit the place anytime you want despite being miles away.
Your voice is very unique in a way that it's so flamboyant which attracts anyone to watch your video. So never miss out on the narration on your video coz that's the hidden gem to it. Also been following your videos from the past 2 weeks and watching all of them coz of the amazing voice you have also the cinematography and its story behind it. It's very close to Ali Zafar. Keep up the good work bruh.
Great innovation can come out from such places. give you so much space to paint your own world the way u dreamt .
I came to your channel by chance.. must say it's an excellent presentation and the visuals are great. I've been to Himachal multiple times in virtually all places excepting Lahoul and Spiti.. not sure whether I'll be go there at all (touching 50) but even if I can't, your channel is there.. thanks for this.. keep up the good work

The more you catch up the altitude, views become more attractive. And the way you shoot this beauty and explain, makes it more tempting. And I must say, I am craving for this soundtrack in the background. Hoping you will release audios of this also (waiting for soul trail OST)😍. And thank you very much for your work. Love it.
