Wouldn’t Brand also count here? I know his empowered abilities work differently than the others, being that he has to have used an ability to access them first, but each one of his abilities has an empowered version, and each do different things
Not really cause all of them do the same: Just cast twice. They only seem to be more "unique" cause the base abilities have parts in them like "if it hits enemies that are slowed/rooted it'll root/stun", but it's not a true empowered ability Not sure why he forgot about Karma tho...
Its slightly differesnt as all of seraphines abilities have properties that can be activated by external synergy, and also synergy with themselves, so her double casts allow those effects to happen. Her q does damage based off of missing health, so if both land second one does slightly more than the first Her w heals if ally is already shielded. So if lux places a shield, and then you normal w shield it will heal just like when you double w shield. E slows enemies, roots slowed enemies and stunned rooted ones. So ashe auto attacks mean that normal e roots instead of slows, as if she had used double e. Its also the reason double e is best used after ultimate as you charm root stun
Lol no. Her ult combo is: Ult - single E - double Q - W (+ ignite) Double E after ult is waste because charm counts as hard CC (so stun will be applied anyways and you decreases your dmg output, because her Q is finisher) + you build usually Rylai on her due to its interaction with her E. Only way when you use double E after ult is when ur Q's on cooldown or when you really fall behind and all you can do is utility.
Technically no, because it's "the same effect" (casting the ability twice), but I think everything that applies to the characters in the video applies to her as well, because her abilities are made in such a way that casting them twice has very different effects for each ability, so I would say yes
Teemo mainly because he's my main. The way to access his empowered skills is through camouflage. Move his poison dart to his passive. Q. When camouflaged his blinding dart will increase the duration of blind. W. When camouflaged his W will add a roll instead of just increasing his movement speed during the beginning E. Camouflage with infinite duration when not moving but will run out after a certain distance R. Will remain the same but with added instant damage upon activation. This will change his playstyle from waiting for unsuspecting victims to a guerilla specialist. I think the WR version of Teemo is in the right direction and just need to tweak his numbers.
With the upcoming Udyr rework I begin to think. Aatrox could've had the same mechanic where depending on how much bloodwell he has, he gets a Q with a better heal for the neutral game, a W that slows more for lock down and E that has a longer ranged dash for initiating. Possibly, even making a revive an option through the cycling. Instead they made him into a manaless champions the slowly falls off if he can't snowball. Bloodwell could have had so much potential, the point of Darkins thematically was to have blood magic which won them against the war against the void. If we look at Vladimir, who's power came from Darkins, he is so much more thematically accurate than the three Darkin that are present on the rift.
Sounds like a great idea. Imagine her passive being able to switch forms to enhance one of her basic ability for a while, just like how her ultimate skin works to her appearances, that would be really dope.
Nice. Also I think maybe it would be fun to make a video sometime about the "raid-boss" champions, like Volibear, Nasus, Aatrox, etc (that "transform" with their ultimates)
I think an idea for empowering abilities champion would be each ability has some kind of job, and the empowered version is opposite and synergistic to that version(example, W that allows you to gap close to an enemy like pantheon, and empowered version being an execute like reksai's bite) BUT to empower one of the basic abilities the others have to be on cooldown and they share it with the base version like pantheon, so no double cast. But here is the real twist, have the base version be the ability you want to cast last and the empowered be the one you want to cast first. Example: passive- for each basic ability on cooldown your other basic aattacks deal 10% more damage(10%-30%) and once you have only 1 basic ability available then it is empowered(this effect has a cooldown scaling with ability haste), when all of your basic abilities are on cooldown your basic attacks slow for 0.3 seconds. ability haste which does not work on basic abilities. base q- quick jab with a knife that makes a dash like kalista in the direction of the stab(can go through walls) hitting an enemy at the end is the sweet spot, doesnt stop at enemies(good luck with your e) empowered q- throws the knife that when hits an enemy(minions included) then the knife goes a short distance behind them and tries to pin to a wall specifically, if it does then the champion is stuck at that distance like camille ult for about 0.75 seconds. The closer they are to the wall the shorter the leash so to speak. base w- put a smoke screen where you stand that acts like the opposite of graves, any champions inside will be not visible and once you enter it you can see them(not nearsight so you can still see outside of it) empowered w- throw a flash smoke bomb that at the place of impact blinds and slows(by like 30%) enemies for 1 second. if you are in melee range it detonates in your hand base e- bash an enemy with a kick pushing them to the right, if you do it right you should have enough time to q them at the point where they land. the kick goes left to right and the place the enemy ends up is the right most side of the cone, leveling it up may increase the arc, so larger kick still the same range.(like 30 degrees to 90) for easier time the cursor is stuck to the place the enemy will land near. empowered e- kick an enemy pushing them backwards, like asol ult, its just enough to put them outside of your smoke range. your next attack against the enemy allows you to lunge towards them(increased aa range basically) base r- a slide that has fast start and slow finish to the dash, it lasts like 0.75 seconds and cant change directions(can't go through walls). while sliding you can use abilities. if all of your other abilities are on cooldown it is instead empowered. empowered r- a fast jump with noticably shorter range but no downtime for your movement. I imagine the champion is a kinku and a muscular woman. the combos and why they are the way they are: e q w towards an enemy allows for putting them where you want them to, being up in their necks and being able to beat them up.(probably op) e q w away, if you do the angles right you can use it to run away and throw the bomb so they cant chase you (also op, please nerf the flash bomb) good that this one deals no damage w e q allows you to easily pin down an enemy and bash their head near a wall w q e allows you to come close easily and push them in a direction you want, maybe towards your team (use ult to not die instantly once there) q e also allows you to better manipulate the position of the enemy the emp.q is for beating up ability users emp. w is for auto attackers emp. e is you want to move more around normal r has a weakness of not being able to dodge when you finish the dash, because at the end of the dash you are near stand still while still not being able to move, better to use q then. empowered r has no weakness except not being able to cast anything because all of your skills will be on cooldown. it does have around 60% range of the normal one although less then half the cast time so its faster.
empowered abilities are the best mechanic i completely agree, it makes the champs adaptable by not only by builds or runes but play style too, they can switch their strenghts to each situation, renek q for both damage in tf and survivability, w for breaking shield to kill a high priority target thats being shielded or e to shred the frontline with your team, panth q to burst or high aoe, w to shred with your claver and pta or stack conq, e to chase or retreat, making them not only strong 1v1 fighters but also awesome team mates in teamfights
I'm shooketh right now. Makes a video about empowered abilities but doesn't talk about Karma when that's her whole thing??? Also maybe as a support play I'm biased but Sona is a good example of empowered auto attacks. Her power chord is very close to the functionality of an empowered ability
I'd say Ashe. Even if the champion is meant to have an easy gameplay, I think that stacking as a Pantheon to then use empowered arrows with real damage would be really interesting (perhaps a better slow on enhanced version and a weaker on base version)
I feel like Sett and Mordekaiser (although they don't need reworks) wouldn't do bad with getting empowerments of some sort. For Sett it fits this "epic anime fighter" champion style they went for (and, frankly, executed well) and for Mordekaiser it could possibly fit his whole "I refuse to die" thing.
Sett could have like chain empowerment? like if you use W before Q you get a different empowerment on Q and if you use E before Q you get a different one
the issue with your "risk reward" take is that in the end of the day its the same thing with evolvers, you're risking not reaching full potential for the reward of maybe getting to the point where you whoop the enemies
@@alexr1275 Karma can only R one ability. They all get empowered and she picks one of them to cast. Then they all go to base form, with the picked spell going on Cooldown normally. Additionally, Karma gets rewarded for RQ/RW-ing correctly since her R CD gets reduced per Hit.
Brand doesn’t have to choose an empowered ability though, as soon as someone’s is on fire all of his abilities are stronger, the point with empowered abilities is limiting the usage of a more powerful version.
What about Karma and Seraphine, both of these champs revolve off of their passives and how they get stronger either after a certain amount of casts or an upgrade like heimerdinger
A video talking about circumstantial abilities would be cool, you always talk about the singed senerio, but there’s also Aniva E, Moakai E, and um lulu’s, that have different effects based on how you use them.
I remember a Renektom game where I shredded 60% of the enemy nasus's armor with empowered E + cleaver and shredding his Gargoyls + Steraks with my empowered W and we managed to shut that walking menace down even though I was kinda running it all game. Won us the fight and the game. Overall empowered abilitys are great. They add skill ceiling without adding mechanical difficulty. They reward you for understanding the game and the league combat system which is a good thing.
As a Vladimir main I'd say he'd do rlly well with empowered abilities. His q already falls into that category and I feel like it would add some really fun depth to his gameplay. For example maybe his empowered w be the pool and his base version could be something else. To make a vlad be more judicious when they pop the ability rather than being a get out of jail free card. Maybe his empowered e could give you a slight speed boost or temporary bonus health or resistances based on how many enemies you hit in order to incentivise getting into the thick of things. It would also highlight his team fight potential rather than him just being able to 100 to 0 one person in lane. Also pls for the love of God give my boy some love and give him a visual update omfg
honestly kayn would be an interesting candidate because instead of a mid game transformation he could get empowered abilities say based on a combo you do that either let the darkin shine trough or show kayn's strength, that would represent the internal battle for control (as stated in the lore) much better which I think could be interesting
''When you see Renekton with a full fury bar you know he's looking for a fight, so you can back off and wait for it to drain.'' >me sitting under tower for 15 minutes as I watch rene sit on wave after wave slow pushing and if i walk up i get 100 to 0 in one unavoidable combo. yeah... empowered abilities are cool
As a Renekton main, just ask your jungler and mid laner to roam up on repeat. You can use the fact he's looking for a fight to catch him when he all ins and kill him on repeat.
That's because most of the people only knows seraphine as something to hate, not a lot of people play her so they don't have an idea how her passive works And the reason,is because they "hate her" and that no one should play her,and that she's to girly I dunno,I guess players think their masculinity gets affected when they play her Unlike karma I guess
@@spicytunah8043 Right I get that. That's why I said she doesn't fit the definition, but imo she FEELS like an empowered champion, because being able to recast any of her 3 abilities instantly, even if the recast is the same as the initial cast, allows for interesting set-ups and interactions.
I would love to see an adc with empowered abilities. I think Sivir would be a great option, since her R is just run faster, and instead of that, they could have make it lika Karma's ult. Q base would have reduced damage than current one, and empowered maybe built in lethality, W base has limited bounces and empowered deals a bit more dmg and has mana refund, if hits enemy champ also with +2;3;4;etc bounces. Her E is the problem, I guess. The base would be as it is right now, but when empowered maybe has 2 casts or blocks the first 2 incoming spells
You sure you want sivir with more q dmg. It's already insane at 1-2 items, not even talking about lategame. She could 1 shot every squishy with an aoe, high range, hard to dodge (if she's good) ability
@@noahrudolph9066 It was just an idea. It wouldnt make sense to be the empowered one is the current version, and the normal is just a one way strike, so I just thought about a bit of lethality. Kinda like Panth q. But for the sake of balance the scaling would be lowered to not get isekai'd instantly when get hit by the empowered one
I think about trynda and the fury bar only use. Like, crit from the passive is really good, and the heal is good too, but if his E and W have different effects based on quantity would be a awesome feature. So, the W is a AOE slow and eats the AD in a good amount, but the empower ability is like this: With 50% rage the slow is 80% and with 100% is a 1sec AoE fear. The E is just a Spin, but with 50% rage, if it hits a opponent, he/she/it would have the armor reduced by 7/14/21/28/35 flat, and the 100% would guarantee a crit hit after the use, heal by 5/10/15/20/25% of the damage delt by this crit. His Q however only scale the AD based on fury %, like, 50% fury, adds 10% ad to the heal and with 100% would give him a boost to atk (5/7/9/11/15% of extra ATK damage he have) and atk Speed (5/10/15/20/30%) and consume all fury bar at any use with 50% or 100%, only with this skill. Or something like that.
Empowered Abilities Ashe with her Ranger focus. W can pierce through enemies (but still only hit each enemy once) E can stay at landing spot or she can stop it wherever she wants and it'll stay there for 15 seconds
I think ryze doesn't count anyways because the ability isn't actually empowered when you cast it, but rather when it hots a specific target. It will be like saying that using an ability on an enemy affected by evenshroud makes it an empowered ability
Great idea Shyvana with empowered habilities. I would like her with a short duration and short CD dragon form. It would be a interesting ultimate hability
you should do a video about sleep and how it is amazing with teammates that don´t interrupted it, but really bad with teammates that just AA the sleeping enemy
There used to be a sick build back in season 8 with renekton which was titanic and yommuus both had actives that could be auto attack cancelled which means you auto then w to cancel animation than titanic to cancel w animation the yommuus to cancel titanic it had insane burst and was honestly really hard to do.
It makes sense why almost all of the champs are considered lane bullies because if used correctly you will have part of the power of a scaled up champ early in the game
Old Mordekaiser shoulda had empowered for 50% sheild. All his abilities were incredible to use and just needed a bit more power somewhere to be top tier.
Skarner! IF skarner gets the rework, he should get firstly his Q and passive changed, and if he can get empowered abilities he should get something like his E stuns straight up without using a basic attack on them, his ult should be empowered too, and there was a dude that made a concept where skarner grabs an enemy and goes in the ground untargetable just like Rek sai ultimate, but when he comes out where he wants, he brings the enemy with him.
I think Pantheon's and Renekton's empowered abilityes are not that creative. You will rarely use Renekton's rage for the second e armor pen, and always for the q and the w. Rengar's empowered w and e are always used because of their effects not because they deal more damage, unlike all of the other abilityes of Pantheon and Renekton. Pantheon's and Renekton's empowered abilityes are just that, their already existing abilityes with just more damage. Renekton's shieldbreaking is useful against champs like Camille or Riven, because they gain their shields very early in the fight, but against a Yasuo or Mordekaiser you need to wait, wich is not very good for him, because Renekton is a burst champion. Besides the shield break, Renekton's w is still a very powerful ability unraged, because it is a point and click stun. Rengo's empowered q attack speed passive is also worthless against squishy targets, because you will kill them before attacks are needed most of the times, the only time it is useful is when you clear a camp, or fight a tankier opponent. I think besides Rengo w and e, all of the other empowered abilityes of these 3 are not creative at all, they are strong, but only because they are just the original ability with more damage.
So we have Karma of course The Seraphine with her "cast one ability twice" as the empowered ability And then maybe you can count Sona, getting an empowered autoatack depending on the last ability casted, where you have to choose between More Damage, Damage Reduction, and a Slow So yeah, Supports
Fiddlesticks annie and vex dont count because their empowered effect is the same for all abilities. Rumble counts but his empowered effect is also the same 50% boost for all abilities. What?
I think empowered abilities would fit Aatrox alot, not only bc right now hes more the spam and pray type of champion, where you bash your keyboard, hoping that its enough and that the enemy didnt rush antiheal. Also, it would give him a meaningful impact in the lategame, if they would give him a faster castable empowered q, right now aatrox dies in teamfights alot if he engages first, bc during the Animation lock in his q he is easily burstable from 100-0.
I vote to exchange Dragon waifu's reliant on dragon buffs to empower her dragon form's abilities, instead to empowered abilities, like that of Mr. Crocodile himself. That in theory would make her more consistent than before, not relying on outside factors.

isn't Seraphine here too, all her abilities change when empowered, w starts rooting instead and her shield also heals you
Not really cause all of them do the same: Just cast twice.
They only seem to be more "unique" cause the base abilities have parts in them like "if it hits enemies that are slowed/rooted it'll root/stun", but it's not a true empowered ability
Not sure why he forgot about Karma tho...
Its slightly differesnt as all of seraphines abilities have properties that can be activated by external synergy, and also synergy with themselves, so her double casts allow those effects to happen.
Her q does damage based off of missing health, so if both land second one does slightly more than the first
Her w heals if ally is already shielded.
Lol no. Her ult combo is:
Ult - single E - double Q - W (+ ignite)
Double E after ult is waste because charm counts as hard CC (so stun will be applied anyways and you decreases your dmg output, because her Q is finisher) + you build usually Rylai on her due to its interaction with her E.
Only way when you use double E after ult is when ur Q's on cooldown or when you really fall behind and all you can do is utility.
@@pebblebrowser yeah but when they are casted twice they have different effects
Technically no, because it's "the same effect" (casting the ability twice), but I think everything that applies to the characters in the video applies to her as well, because her abilities are made in such a way that casting them twice has very different effects for each ability, so I would say yes
Teemo mainly because he's my main. The way to access his empowered skills is through camouflage. Move his poison dart to his passive.
Q. When camouflaged his blinding dart will increase the duration of blind.
W. When camouflaged his W will add a roll instead of just increasing his movement speed during the beginning
E. Camouflage with infinite duration when not moving but will run out after a certain distance
If we look at Vladimir, who's power came from Darkins, he is so much more thematically accurate than the three Darkin that are present on the rift.
...Has Vars forgotten Karma? Yikes
karma who?
@@Infinite8blue the champion (yes i replied on a 1 yer coment
As someone who still plays karma top lane, I find this omission especially aggregious.
I think Sonna would work well with empowered abilities, since she's already halfway there, having to chose which song to play.
Example:
passive- for each basic ability on cooldown your other basic aattacks deal 10% more damage(10%-30%) and once you have only 1 basic ability available then it is empowered(this effect has a cooldown scaling with ability haste), when all of your basic abilities are on cooldown your basic attacks slow for 0.3 seconds. ability haste which does not work on basic abilities.
base q- quick jab with a knife that makes a dash like kalista in the direction of the stab(can go through walls) hitting an enemy at the end is the sweet spot, doesnt stop at enemies(good luck with your e)
empowered q- throws the knife that when hits an enemy(minions included) then the knife goes a short distance behind them and tries to pin to a wall specifically, if it does then the champion is stuck at that distance like camille ult for about 0.75 seconds. The closer they are to the wall the shorter the leash so to speak.
base w- put a smoke screen where you stand that acts like the opposite of graves, any champions inside will be not visible and once you enter it you can see them(not nearsight so you can still see outside of it)
empowered w- throw a flash smoke bomb that at the place of impact blinds and slows(by like 30%) enemies for 1 second. if you are in melee range it detonates in your hand
base e- bash an enemy with a kick pushing them to the right, if you do it right you should have enough time to q them at the point where they land. the kick goes left to right and the place the enemy ends up is the right most side of the cone, leveling it up may increase the arc, so larger kick still the same range.(like 30 degrees to 90) for easier time the cursor is stuck to the place the enemy will land near.
empowered e- kick an enemy pushing them backwards, like asol ult, its just enough to put them outside of your smoke range. your next attack against the enemy allows you to lunge towards them(increased aa range basically)
base r- a slide that has fast start and slow finish to the dash, it lasts like 0.75 seconds and cant change directions(can't go through walls). while sliding you can use abilities.
if all of your other abilities are on cooldown it is instead empowered.
empowered r- a fast jump with noticably shorter range but no downtime for your movement.
I imagine the champion is a kinku and a muscular woman.
the combos and why they are the way they are:
e q w towards an enemy allows for putting them where you want them to, being up in their necks and being able to beat them up.(probably op)
e q w away, if you do the angles right you can use it to run away and throw the bomb so they cant chase you (also op, please nerf the flash bomb) good that this one deals no damage
w e q allows you to easily pin down an enemy and bash their head near a wall
w q e allows you to come close easily and push them in a direction you want, maybe towards your team (use ult to not die instantly once there)
q e also allows you to better manipulate the position of the enemy
the emp.q is for beating up ability users
emp. w is for auto attackers
emp. e is you want to move more around
normal r has a weakness of not being able to dodge when you finish the dash, because at the end of the dash you are near stand still while still not being able to move, better to use q then.
empowered r has no weakness except not being able to cast anything because all of your skills will be on cooldown. it does have around 60% range of the normal one although less then half the cast time so its faster.
empowered abilities are the best mechanic i completely agree, it makes the champs adaptable by not only by builds or runes but play style too, they can switch their strenghts to each situation, renek q for both damage in tf and survivability, w for breaking shield to kill a high priority target thats being shielded or e to shred the frontline with your team, panth q to burst or high aoe, w to shred with your claver and pta or stack conq, e to chase or retreat, making them not only strong 1v1 fighters but also awesome team mates in teamfights
As for Mordekaiser, Probably make his abilities empowered if they're hit by his passive?
the issue with your "risk reward" take is that in the end of the day its the same thing with evolvers, you're risking not reaching full potential for the reward of maybe getting to the point where you whoop the enemies
karma?
Only enhances one ability , these champions empower them all together and then use 1 of them .
@@alexr1275 so... like Karma?
@@alexr1275 It's same as Heimer though
@@alexr1275 so... like heimerdinger?
Would brand meet these recuirements for empowered abilities?
Each of his abilities gain a specail effect as long as his passive is on someone
Now, it’s just a secondary effect due to his passive, same with Ryze
Brand doesn’t have to choose an empowered ability though, as soon as someone’s is on fire all of his abilities are stronger, the point with empowered abilities is limiting the usage of a more powerful version.
I'd argue karma and vayne could fit. Karma for obvious reasons and vayne's Q gives invisibility when in her ult
I think Vayne's Q is very different because it doesn't have that aspect of choosing which ability you will empower
Karma counts, vayne,no,he only said where Q,W and E changes(gets empowered
What about Karma and Seraphine, both of these champs revolve off of their passives and how they get stronger either after a certain amount of casts or an upgrade like heimerdinger
YEAH!!!
Wait, doesn’t Karma count? Great video either way!!
A video talking about circumstantial abilities would be cool, you always talk about the singed senerio, but there’s also Aniva E, Moakai E, and um lulu’s, that have different effects based on how you use them.
There wasn't a premier for this? Crazy, I love empowered autos. Would've been nice to see live
You forgot Karma and excluded Fiddle, Annie, and Vex for the same reason that you included Rumble. What?
No he didn’t. Rumble gains unique conditions on his abilities. Annie, Fiddlesticks and Vex all have the same bonus effect on each ability.
As a Karma main, I took that personally.
karma players are fuming right now , me included
who is karma?
Karma really was the blueprint for empowered abilities, even with her original kit, pay some homage to my queen!
this is actually a good idea for shyvana to have empowered ability's.
if im not mistaken, riot plans on giving the reworked udyr empowered abilities! i think they said that in the latest dev-blog about the rework.
You're not mistaken from what I've seen the only difference is that they'll be all be on a cooldown after using one of them
honestly kayn would be an interesting candidate because instead of a mid game transformation he could get empowered abilities say based on a combo you do that either let the darkin shine trough or show kayn's strength, that would represent the internal battle for control (as stated in the lore) much better which I think could be interesting
''When you see Renekton with a full fury bar you know he's looking for a fight, so you can back off and wait for it to drain.''
>me sitting under tower for 15 minutes as I watch rene sit on wave after wave slow pushing and if i walk up i get 100 to 0 in one unavoidable combo.
yeah... empowered abilities are cool
As a Renekton main, just ask your jungler and mid laner to roam up on repeat. You can use the fact he's looking for a fight to catch him when he all ins and kill him on repeat.
So funny, I see a lot of comments about Karma, but none about Serafine🤔
That's because most of the people only knows seraphine as something to hate, not a lot of people play her so they don't have an idea how her passive works
And the reason,is because they "hate her" and that no one should play her,and that she's to girly
I dunno,I guess players think their masculinity gets affected when they play her
Unlike karma I guess
If heimerdinger counts karma and leblank too
Seems like Leblanc might not fit your definition exactly but her ult is such low cool down she feels like an empowered champion to me
LeBlanc’s ult is just a second cast of her last used spell. Not really an empowered ability.
@@spicytunah8043 Right I get that. That's why I said she doesn't fit the definition, but imo she FEELS like an empowered champion, because being able to recast any of her 3 abilities instantly, even if the recast is the same as the initial cast, allows for interesting set-ups and interactions.
Why does Brand not count as someone with empowered attacks?
why would he?
@@thekidhaku4910 if a champion is affected by his passive each of his abilities do something extra.
Empowered abilities is one of the few mechanics in league that hasn't been that hated yet
The base would be as it is right now, but when empowered maybe has 2 casts or blocks the first 2 incoming spells
or maybe if she blocks an ability with empowered E she either heals, gets a shield or gets an MS boost
@@novaseer Great idea
You sure you want sivir with more q dmg. It's already insane at 1-2 items, not even talking about lategame. She could 1 shot every squishy with an aoe, high range, hard to dodge (if she's good) ability
@@noahrudolph9066 It was just an idea. It wouldnt make sense to be the empowered one is the current version, and the normal is just a one way strike, so I just thought about a bit of lethality. Kinda like Panth q. But for the sake of balance the scaling would be lowered to not get isekai'd instantly when get hit by the empowered one
Are you going to make a three hit passive video?
Or something like that.
this is why i play pantheon top and mid. empowered abilities combined with his early game (level 1-2) being insanely good make for an easy lane
Empowered Abilities Ashe with her Ranger focus.
W can pierce through enemies (but still only hit each enemy once)
E can stay at landing spot or she can stop it wherever she wants and it'll stay there for 15 seconds
I think ryze doesn't count anyways because the ability isn't actually empowered when you cast it, but rather when it hots a specific target. It will be like saying that using an ability on an enemy affected by evenshroud makes it an empowered ability
I like how at 1:00, you say 'I have unpopular opinions' right after saying two of the most popular opinions
I made a rework concept on jax once and replaced his boring ult with a ability empower, it feels like it fits with jax more than his current ult
Great idea Shyvana with empowered habilities. I would like her with a short duration and short CD dragon form. It would be a interesting ultimate hability
The idea of Shyvana as an empowered ability champion like you suggested actually makes me wish I’d voted for her
As a top lane main those 3 things you brought up you hate speak to me on a spiritual level
1:03 and that's how you know you found the best LoL youtuber on the platform.
you should do a video about sleep and how it is amazing with teammates that don´t interrupted it, but really bad with teammates that just AA the sleeping enemy
0:55 this man speaks my mind
yuumi's q is an empowered ability! (does more damage it flies for a second) im glad my champion is well designed
Think that swain might enjoy empowered abilities while in ult
no he needs hes rework reverted to be in a better place
Vars: Releases a video going over Rengar's kit
Riot: Dangling his rework over us for the last 4 months.
Empowered nocturne would make a lot of sense. Nightmare versions of each with a visual flare and fear
Old Mordekaiser shoulda had empowered for 50% sheild. All his abilities were incredible to use and just needed a bit more power somewhere to be top tier.
Why does it have to be minimum 3 abilites that makes no sense
I enjoy going against Renekton, you may call it insanity i call it better than going against Sett,Yasuo or Yone
100%
renekton is oneof my favourite champs to go up against too
Vladimir not only gets forgotten by Runetera, but even by Vars
if you included heim, then you forgot leblanc and karma
1:02 I couldn't agree more my man
I think Pantheon's and Renekton's empowered abilityes are not that creative.
So we have Karma of course
The Seraphine with her "cast one ability twice" as the empowered ability
And then maybe you can count Sona, getting an empowered autoatack depending on the last ability casted, where you have to choose between More Damage, Damage Reduction, and a Slow
So yeah, Supports
I never realized how much I play these kind of champions, time to return to ARAM
Karma cries in the corner
new udyr rework gonna have empowered abilities too so I'm hyped af
Hyped for Udyr's empowered abilities!
I was excited to see Karma in here...
You finally made a video about this, after mentioning in every other video.
Oh boy a new video from Vars I wonder if he’s gonna say former or ladder
If I am not mistaken udyr will have empowered abilities so I'm really excited.
I've been playing alot tank Pantheon top and have fun playing it.
Nidalee cougar form W can also be considered an empowered ability. Quite a few champs missing here.
Fiddlesticks annie and vex dont count because their empowered effect is the same for all abilities. Rumble counts but his empowered effect is also the same 50% boost for all abilities. What?
It also have unique bonus effect,he explained it
I think empowered abilities would fit Aatrox alot, not only bc right now hes more the spam and pray type of champion, where you bash your keyboard, hoping that its enough and that the enemy didnt rush antiheal.
