We made sushi for the FIRST time (results were great)!

We took a trip over the river to the Big Apple! (New York City, for those that don't know.) Today, we toured Zutto Ramen and Sushi Bar, one of the best reviewed asian fusion restaurants in the city. Your chopstick holding needs work. That’s so sad that when you think of ramen you think of the instant packs from grocery stores. Real ramen (making it from scratch) takes a long time to make. The instant stuff is just mainly garbage, like fast food with unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals.
Fun fact for you guys, salmon is the last fish that Japanese people started eating as sushi. At first they weren’t sure if it should be eaten raw. Salmon is considered a more western fish.
