  • In this video, we will be looking at a Speedtest comparison between plans from carriers directly and from Smaller mobile virtual network operators owned by the big three carriers here in the United States.
The Speed tests will include 5G and 4G LTE networks for all six mobile providers combined. Below are the following Mobile carriers. T-Mobile prepaid, Metro by T Mobile, AT&T prepaid, cricket, visible, and Verizon prepaid.
For the first part of the video, we will be doing 5G speed test on T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Metro, cricket and visible. mobile virtual network operators are metro, cricket and Visible. Frequencies used are 5G UC, 5G ultra capacity N41, 5G N71, 5G plus N77, And 5G DSS/low band N5 And/or N2.
On the Second part of this video, we will be testing 4G LTE for all six mobile providers. Frequencies that are used is bands 2, 66, 13, 12 and 71, at least those frequencies are available in this area, but did not open FTM internal 4/field test to verify.
What We found is that all carriers tend to prioritize traffic on the networks with plans from carriers directly having faster speed, and plans from mobile virtual network operators tend to have significant slower speeds in areas with high amount of data usage/congestion.
Watch till the end to see which mobile Network provider and MVNO have the same priority levels on 5G and LTE.
