Amazing Aluminum Recycling Process and Tour of a Bars Making Factory || factory process
Thank you all very much for watching my youtube channel.
Aluminum Recycling
Factory Process
The way these 2 work around MOLTEN ALUM is UNREAL!!!!
, ok
I loke how he found that plate and almost threw it in but realized he just got a new scoop for the scrap
No kidding, five seconds before that happened I was thinking “that guy could really use a shovel.”
He going to keep it as collection
@@RodSullivanik it was a good looking plate!
That level of reasoning is going to send him right to upper management! Mark my word!
Thank god they are wearing their safety sandals. And I'm pretty sure smoking on the job will help him to breath cleaner air.😂
Not that I disagree but I sure standing next to that furnace all day worse than smoking
Rishi sunak would cut his wages if he smokes. he is being paid too much
They also wear socks... No, minute... Shhht, this is no socks.
I'm impressed. Look at all that safety equipment!
I simply could not believe.
No llevan ni guantes ni una pala. Solo un plato que se encontró magnífico.😂😂😂
😅😅😅😅
They're very poor though
No "ladies", no trans, no politics? Really surprised me!
Only man, hard working man!!!
I think the one worker is always smoking to benefit from the Cigarette's filter to breath "cleaner" air.
😅
😂😂😂
Crazy thing is you are probably right
Hard workers doing hard work. Much respect for getting things done!!
My thoughts exactly. Doesn't look easy. Respect.
All safety protocols and PPE were utilized in the making of this documentary
Well the camera person had a load on for sure. 😊
It's India they about that unsafe life
The fact that the dude is..."ladling out".....molten metal like it's a pot of momma's homemade soup, is curious enough. But _then_ ,...as it pours it into the molds, he retrieves the guard/guide with his _bare frickin' hands_ ....?!?! Either my man has *balls of steel* or *brains of a pea* ...!??! Perhaps,...a combo of a bit of both...??!? 😁
Not saying he’s not insane, but if you’ve ever tried pulling a piece of aluminium foil off a turkey in a red hot oven you’ll notice you can grab the corners of the foil and they do not feel hot. It’s because the heat energy is proportional to the temperature AND the mass. That little filter (probably a sieve from a kitchen!) is very light. Alu has a melting point of 660C and I’d guess that’s just barely over that.
Also his nerves in his fingers are probably shot. My grandmothers fingers were like and she could happily handle hot plates etc that no sane person would hold. Freaked me out as a kid.
Looks like a broom and shovel might be a good investment.
How about leather/ strong plastic gloves? Life-threatening work immersed in such pollution, handling diverse and sharp objects.
Definitely! But that would cost money and the owners are cheap af.
or a mini loader,detergent,lighting apparatus,uniform
Or a move out of the nineteenth century.
Maybe it's to make sure all is being checked before it goes into the oven.
Is this were boeing buy there aluminium from
No i think its the other way around
Lmao
Better go into hiding. You said the quiet part outloud
Ouch. 😂😂😂😂❤
no wonder super puma keep dropping out the sky
Notice how carefully that garbage is graded to produce the finest aluminum alloy.
Thank you for doing this hard work. I do hope all of you get better working conditions. Much love
To grab stuff there with bare hands!!! Those guys are incredible!!!
Looks like 2 Italians manning the pizza oven for the night
This should be used as an OSHA safety video. All that is missing is a 7 year old kid smoking a cigarette driving a front end loader 😂
Imagine all the cuts and infections they get handling shards of metal with their bare hands.
The crazy thing is that half way through he started wearing gloves. So it's not like they don't have them, they choose to not wear them 😂
What about the open toe sandels right next to molten aluminum!?!
The metal mesh used as a filter just prior to casting the ingots is a touch of genius. At least it will trap anything with a higher melting point than aluminium (about 660 degrees C)
Transitioning from the stone age is challenging…
Hey editor! Over half of this video we watch someone in desperate need of a shovel put scrap into the furnace. We got the idea after a minute.
Poor guys, i wonder how many times a day they cut themselves. Bless them for their hard work.
If you look, they have a large shovel sitting in the back. I don't know why they don't use it. Really cool video of the whole process. I like videos like this one. Keep up the good work
how you gonna smoke a cigarette using a shovel
it's too unsafe to use, it might die of toxic fumes
you could give these people a toilet and they would choose to shit on the floor. they havent evolved yet...
OSHA APPROVES THIS VIDEO.
Plastic, paper, glass, rubber, brass, used cigarettes. Yep,100% aluminum!
by the time it’s al burnt, yes they probably have got mostly pure aluminium and with a bit more refining it probably would turn out 100%
Don't forget the sand from the floor...
That bag looks like my crypto holdings...😂
Is there a place where I can donate leather gloves...or a shovel.
Boots
As always, it's very comforting to see all these people wearing their safety sandals while handling molten metal... 😑
Man i love metal bars (aluminium, copper, gold, silver, platinum, brass, all that..!) I wish I had a ton of um 🤑
The safety and their protection is next level.
The guy smoking the cigarette is actually using it to clean his lungs
Melting point of aluminum is 1221 degrees F. Pouring it while wearing open-toe sandals, what could possibly go wrong? A little splash, so they lose a few toes.
They have 10 toes, why worry about losing one or two?
They are not white. So don't worry about them.
.......................after a hard 10 hour day the boss says here ya go Jambo...........your $3 pay check.............oh wait you owe me $4 for the new work sandals I bought you....................
I worked at a aluminum foundry making ingots for engin blocks and I commend these guy's 100% 👍
OSHA...thank you.
I really like their safety sandals :)
I'm impressed by what these guys do just to earn a living for their families. There are at least half a dozen federal and state agencies and hundreds of regulations that would never allow this place to legally operate in the US.
I know exactly how that second part goes, there is a mining company here in Australia that has a few mines but is an Indian based company and they got into a bit of hot water at one of them where my dad worked...They wanted to bring in a workforce of roughly 5000 Indian miners and when asked how they were going to house/feed them the reply they gave almost made them loose that mine in its entirety "We're going to be allotting an area just outside the mine site for them to set up a tent city to live in even though we don't actually own the land we're thinking of using" when our regulations on miner accommodations is as follows "All miners must have their own living area supplied that has AC/water/power/internet and must be X meters from the food hall and within the mine sites boundaries" and that meant that if they did want to do it right they'd have to build roughly 5000 separate living units for them and supply each with AC/water/power/internet and then more food halls would have to also be built to feed them...And those workers? Yeah they were to be permanent workers as well.
Lovely work, such hard workers! I enjoy seeing good jobs done well.
Sometimes I think I'd donate a pallet of work gloves to them, but they'd probably get sold for profit.
I wanna see my union steward !!!!!
i love how in these types of videos , the dirt floor is an integral part of the manufacturing process . that and the total lack of PPE
I really like watching this video 💪💪💪
its aloooominuuuummmm for
harley davidson
Well done for the workers..👍
Who works in such conditions, doesn't enjoy long life
No respirators. These guys probably can’t remember the day of the week.
Finest quality Aloominum.
Days without accidents? -235
I miss life at the sweat shop foundry. Good times!
A perfect mix every time LOL
A new, super high purity and durability duraluminium alloy is being produced here:
composed of freely picked proportions of plastic-paper-glass-rubber-brass-copper-iron-aluminum and used cigarettes.
Sigara olmazsa asla bu işi yapmam 😂
200 scoops of aluminum plus 4 scoops of dirt floor makes for a rock solid alloy.
It’s called Pakistani flux
Shovels have been invented..
Need to get that guy some gloves and Sandals
rishis leveling up hartlepool 2024
God bless your work
They'll be lucky to reach 60
Sandals part of the uniform 😂
the plate!!! yo that plate is mvp!
Aircraft grade aluminum! 2024
I'm reminded of what Henry Ford said about farmers. He said a farmer would carry water for years rather than invest in a few lengths of pipe to simplify the job.
Aluminium is a very sensitive metal: Witht he right mix you get something light and strong or light and bendy for example - you mix the metal to achieve the specifications.
This is a wild mix with lots of impurities - and as deep as those pits are at the end it's also very soft and bendy. As a rule of thumb you can assume that hard aluminium makes shallow pits when pouring and soft makes deep pits. I once worked in an aluminium foundry and while I did not pour I made patterns and assisted when pouring time came. That was always the highlight of the day for me 🙂
If there was only some sort of tool with a long handle and a scoop on the end that would make this so much faster.🤔
Hard, dirty work. Great job guys 👍
You gentlemen are amazing.
One time workers
This country never wears masks, gloves and safety shoes. 😊

Looks to take a long time to melt scraps
And some workboots?
OSHA approved operation
Anybody know where I can get plans for this setup?
Excellent Video!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Is this where Boeing sources their aircraft aluminum?
You'd end up with random alloys due to the trace metals right? Or would they not be enough to contribute?
Yes, but they don't seem bothered by such trifles. There's hundreds of alloy formulae, with many different charactistics. All goes into the mix regardless.
You know these guys working around the melting aluminum are at a high risk of developing pulmonary fibrosis !! Too bad for these hard working people. Their bosses are somewhere safe and they're letting the people making his living a nice one end up with fatal sicknesses.
Looks like Edelbrock foundry.
In Pakistani tradition, an offering is always given up to the slag gods
Good ventilation too!
This video is the sum total of every OSHA workers nightmares
This video gets way more impressive when you realize they're wearing sandals.
Those are steel toed sandals, right?
Reciclar es bueno para el medio ambiente
Gloves would be a good idea
Health and safety, shmaelth and safety . 😁

I'm new subscriber on here
Can you let me know where is this factory?
This is where Temu gets their aluminum for those Glock Switches they sell.
Hi, I am looking to purchase Aluminium scrap. Can you help me get in touch with the factory?
3:50 precisely measured
Good job !!
I guess safety is not a high priority for the guys no gloves or glasses , heat protection.... Open toe sandles, excellent choice
Wozu schuhe oder handschuhe?😊
