Wavebounce pk fire, it's basically turn around and b reverse combined.
You input it by pressing side b in the opposite direction and instantly smash the stick to the other, correct direction

@@LuneonXCV ah, there was no movement tech used there. I just dropped off the ledge and down B right after. I guess the reason why I dropped this far despite stopping my run for a split second is because of momentum and yoshi's story slope
