    1. Avaliablity: more options more people. More days, more hours, quicker time slots 15m instead of 60m
    2a. Speed to contact: immediately, replys included
    2b. Speed: maintaining the consistency of speed
    3. Volume: number of times usaly 5 times minimum
    4a. Personalization: personalize media
    4b. Personalization: where they respond is where we talk.

      Show rates are not directly affected by your “4 way” but immediate response is critical.
      So many people starting lead gen agencies that think RUclips is all they need to start one and be successful. The lead gen/Demand Gen space has almost no 8 figure lead gen agencies. Why? There are so many moving parts between marketing channels and client management that starts with the sell of a new client. One tiny error today could be the cause of a client ending their contract 6 months from now. All the lead gen agency noise creators are killing lead gen with the help of Ai. What he’s talking about does not apply to the 6 figure 2 person agency.
      Show Rates can be improved by simply adding an agenda with reasons they want to meet. People forget and are overly distracted. Even if they see value.
      The script and culture are highly important, and the script has to be written by someone who understands pattern interrupts, psychology, etc. ask questions to get a yes but in a way that No means yes. “Would you be opposed to receiving…”” Would that be a bad idea?”

    Speed of contact as soon as the person books the appointment.
    Volume of follow ups. (Frequency)
    Responding your prospects on the channel they prefer to communicate.

      @@juanes92131 What he meant was searching for companies (and the founders/owners behind the company) who want to sell their business /are about to sell their business. So they bring in "leads" aka. willing sellers of companies that suit the profile of the PE.

    Very valuable info!... One question.... Suppose there are 100,000 prospects in a niche, and we send 2000 emails a day... In 50 days we will have emailed all the prospects...
    After that do we just keep emailing to the same niche of 100,000 people, until they respond?

      You can send 4-5 follow-up emails and then you can retarget those leads who don't respond after 3-4 months for another campaign.

    Around the 23min mark on the topic of followups, the example of following up 3x/day over 5 days, and double dial + texting on all of them. As in they're double dialing + texting 3x/day? Seems excessive. Anyone doing followups at that frequency?

      Right? So they were saying to basically call someone 6 times a day and text them 3 times a day for 5 days in a row? That seems so excessive, but if it works better, I'm completely open to trying it. Anyone doing this?
