I believe a snow fence is not allowed as a fence. Plus you need a permit from the city to put up a fence or you can be fined. Also looks like a illegal basement suite. You might want to check with a local city inspector to see if everything is up to code.

Hi! If bahay po, I think super mahal if kukuha na kayo. If rent ng basement or room sa isang bahay, or apartments nasa 500-2000 cad depende kung ilan kayo. If 1 bedroom solo usually 400-600, if couple 700 up, if apartment nasa 900 if 1br, then higher price na sa 2br and so on..
