Hiking with bear cans-what you need to know

I am a 54 year old woman that has never gone on a thru hike let alone camped over night anywhere. I am using my adventures-the good, bad and ugly to help YOU to move forward and do things you love-like hiking!
If you are afraid of everything like I am, pushing forward and doing things that are scary might be the only thing that gets you out on trail. I will go over what worked for me on the Tahoe Rim Trail Through hike and what did NOT work for me so that you won't make the same mistakes I did!
