Pogo Joe: better than Q*Bert?

Pogo Joe for Atari 8-bit is a game I have some rather fond memories of, and returning to it recently on The400 Mini, I see that those memories were entirely justified. This is a great little bouncy-bouncy arcade-style game, with a lot more variety than the game it's rather shamelessly drawing inspiration from. Plus it has some brilliantly bizarre level names.

Never really was a fan of Q*Bert. This looks way more appealing and fun for me. Definitely looking forward to more videos yet to come.

We had this on the C64 back in day - pretty much identical to this version, except with multi-coloured enemies. Lots of fun, and, yeah, the music and Minteresque level names are brilliant 🤘👽🤘
