  • Pilgrimage is a sacred journey to heal the soul. Each year Buddhist therapist Dr. Miles Neale and Tibetan master Geshe Tenzin Zopa co-lead a group pilgrimage to different countries around the world to study Dharma, practice meditation, engage in rituals and ceremonies at sacred sites, and serve the local community.
In the "Sacred Island Wisdom" video series you'll learn from local masters and guest teachers on a variety of Dharma topics including loving-kindness, mindfulness, Buddhism, refuge, virtue, and compassion set amidst the sights and sounds of beautiful Sri Lanka.
In this video, acclaimed scholar, female empowerment leader, and Buddhist nun, the late Venerable Bikkhuni Kusuma leads a Dharma talk and meditation session on loving-kindness (Metta).
We hope this gives you a sense of the power of being on pilgrimage and that you'll consider joining us on our next tour.
