Thanks for the question. If you are sharpening with either the GRS GraverHone VS or the GRS PowerHone your c-max gravers should hold up just fine to heat created during the sharpening process.

How can it be positioned correctly when resharping ? I mean how can it be set correctly for second time, bacause it is a round piece.

Absolutely impossible to mess up using one of these, will be getting one soon.
Thanks, James! They also come in 120 degree. It is the main graver of choice for Sam Alfano and others.
Are the heels Paralell?
The EasyGraver fixture creates heels that are nearly parallel. They are not truly parallel, but very close.
