Great. I'd never thought of sardines... One thing about the beets, though! They are delicious if you roast/bake them instead of cook them. I used to think I hated beets for most of my life until I tried baking them. Just pop them in the oven with some oil and sesame seeds, my daughter loves them. You can add some chopped walnuts and feta cheese on "your" side (of course not for baby because choking hazard nuts and feta is salty). In this combination they are a real treat, and really healthy. :)
I want to go but im in china, how can I get your 100list? I went to the website only shows booking workshop? and I downloaded the first 10 food already, your Vedios helps thx

My baby loves sauerkraut. It's the funniest thing he just eats it with everything else on his plate.😂
This is great. One thing is that beets can also discolor pee, but it's not harmful.
We did sardines all the time too!!! The girls love it now too!!
oooh, you're lucky! Sardines are such an easy way to introduce your baby to fish protein.
We give our kids liver and started giving it to them as babies!!

Love this idea! I wish I myself could love beets but I love watching babies learn to eat beets!
