did u pr ur c&J and/or snatch since hitting 300? toshiki mentioned hitting pbs shortly after his squat pb. wrt to powerlifting. wouldn't the increased squat just transfer to deads atleast? just as how squat-->C&J/snatch
Guess I've missed the boat on questions, but does training that late affect your sleep? I've always found I can't sleep for at least 2-4 hours after a training session. (btw I loved how misty eyed you got as you thought about how good it would be to squat 322)
i think you can kinda feel if you're gonna hit big numbers in a particular lift even when you're a newbie lifter. i knew that my bench was above average when i first started going to the gym, because i was progressing really fast and outlifting my peers. if you start squatting and hit 200 kilos in ca couple of years, then 300 is likely a number you can hit if you set your mind on it. but if you've been squatting for 6 years and you're barely hitting 150... then yeah, you're never hitting 300.
Almost any man can squat 180, most people who are ok keeping a bit mass can probably hit 230 eventually, but getting above 270 requires a bit of genetic luck.
@@utknyep. i could never hit a 180 kilo squat, it just isn't happening. and i'm 175 cm and 90 kilos. i've been squatting for years and it just isn't my lift. i think i could hit 140-150 if i really focused on it, but that would be it.
the peer pressure is getting to him guys. dont stop now
322 does sounds very appealing, and it’s basically there haha
I think you should bulk until you're 322KG
He has a child, I think he’d like to raise it.
I counteroffer 300kg, lean.

322! Double bodyweight squat! Do it! :)
Hit milestones in the Birkenlifters for that added disrespect of the weight.
Hey lads thanks for the Q&A videos, think they're super useful and appreciate the work you put into bringing them to life.
Amazing performance Eoin. ✌️

Your high bar squat technique is spot on. How often would you increase the weight?
Came for the squat, stayed for the accent.
Love to see some squats in those Vivo boots

Really enjoy your training reflections, even though I’m never going anywhere near that sort of weight 😂

Squatted 305kg in 1992 and was ranked in the 70s in my weight class (110kgs) in Powerlifting USA. There were/is a lot of strong dudes out there.

Sound quality is really bad on your mic in this one, especially in the last 6 mins

I feel like I see this comment very often and the numbers are always just adjusted to where the author is currently plateauing, lol.
