Hey Ronnie, I used to do parkour a few years ago but I stopped. I came here from Logan's video and from the thumbnail I knew it was u because of ur form... anyway I thought it was pretty crazy how I recognized that ;)
I don't know why, but this video was super inspirational to me, it really makes me wanna learn Parkour. I can do basic stuff, but nothing interesting, I assume most people can do as much as I can. Any tips on a first big trick to work on?

I saw your video on how you learned to front flip and honestly, I think it's more helpful than Ronnie's tutorial, he makes it look easy and doable in an afternoon, you don't. I've been wanting to learn how to do a front flip since I was 5 and there's no time like the present.

hi, i am 12 years old and i wanted to start practicing free running, but there are no free running lessons in my town and I don't have a trampoline to start with. I am very scared of falling, and I'm not very flexible or strong. Does anybody has some tips on how to start in my situation?

Heyy I started parkour about a year ago and if your scared of falling start off at a park with wood chips or like grass and keep the thought of getting hurt out of your head because it's just going to slow you down and take things slow learn one move at a time don't rush things and if you aren't very strong the 2 most important body part you have to focus on is the legs and arms if you don't go to a gym you can do squats for your legs and push ups for your arm I do 50 of each but start slow and do like 15 each a day or start with however many u want
How do I get better at my front flip. I can only land it very rarely and I am definitely not comfortable front flipping on concrete and I fell like not being able to flip really limits my options of where to do parkour/freeruning.

Guys, I need your opinion, I've stopped doing parkour since a year ago and I'm 13 right now, I've moved on to basic training and I'm now doing ATC. Should I carry on with parkour and freerunning or should I permanently stop?

Thanks man, I've just had to recycle the last couple of weeks because I injured my wrist, and the weather has been bad.
I train in any weather and when I injured one body part I used other body parts to still train. Currently my knee hurts and it was raining all the time for the whole week.
