Ok I must admit… I would never decorate this cookie this way again! HOWEVER, It was worth the struggle to show how these 3 different Royal Icing Consistencies look up against each other! I knew it wouldn’t be perfect but I also knew it would be worth it to show why having the proper consistency is so important.
