Pakistan Government should abolish all taxes. It is not fare with those who pay heavy taxes. Instead take zikat for social up lift education and health. Charge tax less than 5 percent and open all doors you will see smugling will be not profitable then. It only done due to high taxes.
Government should earn revenue from trading and providing food commodities like wheat suger and rice to people. We need out of box solutions. China Government import items like cotton and spinned cotton and make a buffer stock. From govt stores it is released when prices are high in market. Pakistan gov should have been a buyer of bumper wheat crop. When middle man can buy from farmers gov should also buy . No supporting price to any crop. Farmers dont pay taxes and why they should be supported. Leave all crops price at market forces. When it is cheaper in international market giv should import.
Make all out effort for oil and gas exploration All out effort for solar. Give more incentives . Produce solar pannels in Pakistan. Why solar plates prices dropped. Only because of production in India by Chinese companies. Invertors should be made in Pakistan. Steel mills should be given to Chinese companies and heavy industry should be established again. Like heavy transformers. High trasmission stucture and conductors. Electric Buses diesel trucks electric cars and Ships all can be made in Pakistan. Only hydral power nuclear power and wind power is allowed to added to system. Government should again established gaints like Industrial deveopment organizations. Similarly Gov can buid Housing ar low cost with Chinese model and stop profit going to buiders.
We should honest and young people from universities to accomplish all above. In past it was model all was lost due to mismanagement.
