Thanks for creating and sharing this video. I just purchased the Everlast Everflex Reflex Bag. I reinforce the tubes with inner pipes and then place the entire system in a corner to decrease the travel range of the bag thereby causing the bag to return to it's center point quicker. These modifications will prevent the tube from breaking and allow for faster punching. - Ernie Leblanc

Definitely NOT only good for jabs and cardio, but you shouldn't be surprised that it doesn't do something that it wasn't designed for. This bag is designed to work on reflexes, head movement, speed, hand-eye coordination, & accuracy. If you want to hit hard buy a heavy bag, if you want speed hitting buy a speed bag.
